Morning Meds; 11 4 19
If you must hide
who you are to fit in,
it’s not a good fit.
Let your light shine.
We’re all beautiful.

To step back through the doors of memories blocked,
they’re not lost.
To return to the knowing of who and what we truly are,
in the present tense.
To feel again the indescribable,
contact with unconditional love.
To realize that realization is a completion point,
it creates a new beginning.
To know what we knew before you came into this world,
memory restored.
The mantra,
“I know what I knew before I came into this world.”
Can make for a remarkably interesting journey.
Morning Meds; 11 3 18
We often fear the things we haven’t learned to appreciate.
Morning Meds 11 3 20
Have you faced the mirror?
Have you gazed into the windows to your soul?
Past the condensation of personal bias?
Beyond the depth of comfortable observation?
Deep within to the who and what you are?
We humans are beautiful creatures once we wipe away the clouds of comparison to other people’s opinions.
Past preconceived conditions.
We are light, there are no exceptions.
How are you, is always important.
How are you, is always a passing condition.
Who and what you are is eternal.
The greatest gift we can give ourselves is unconditional love.
Morning Meds; 11 3 19
The illusions we believe to be our steppingstones to our higher power, were placed before us for just that purpose.
As we make the journey, many of the stones dissolve back into vapor soon after their usefulness has passed.
Steppingstones converted to absolute truths become anchors, they can impede our imagined progress.
Just as many of our old beliefs fall away, likewise many of our new beliefs will also have to fall away.
Just like all the words in a paragraph are needed to convey a thought, no one word is of greater importance than all the rest.
It could very well be that the absolute truth is, that there isn’t one.
We just need a truth for ourselves to get us through the day.
May your truth for today bring you peace and may it bring compassion for all others.
Morning Meds; 11 2 19
We float above the sands of time, watching the mirage of our existence. In time we begin to realize that we too, are just a mirage. We are formlessness reflecting Consciousness.
Morning Meds; 11 2 18
Religions are the artwork that hangs in the museum of humanity’s quest.
Each is an attempt by humanity to paint a picture of Source.
It is easy to criticize the artwork, but each attempt portrays the inherent longings of man.
Every culture or civilization have within them an internal homing device calling them search for where humanity originated.
Morning Meds; 11 2 21
We have seasons of sunshine and seasons of rain.
Times of winter cold when we huddle within, times of spring warmth and we grow again.
Forever we are in the midst of change.
To lift the weariness, we must renew our souls, for we are eternal, we never end.
Sometimes the only path open to us is to stop, breath and begin again.
Sometimes the only rest we find is when we listen for the quietness beyond our minds.
Morning Meds; 11 1 21
If past lives were raindrops puddled on the pavement, I would shed my shoes and splash.
Morning Meds; 11 1 20
We weave our way through realities like a shuttle through a loom, physical to spiritual, back and forth.
For a shaman, these realities begin to merge into one and the physical and the spiritual are seen as a single experience.
