Meditating

Morning Meds; 11 2 21

We have seasons of sunshine and seasons of rain.

Times of winter cold when we huddle within, times of spring warmth and we grow again.

Forever we are in the midst of change.

To lift the weariness, we must renew our souls, for we are eternal, we never end.

Sometimes the only path open to us is to stop, breath and begin again.

Sometimes the only rest we find is when we listen for the quietness beyond our minds.

Trust

Morning Meds; 11 1 19

Struggling with trust, I asked, “What does trust feel like?”

This is the answer I received.

When you are driving up a hill and you cannot see the pavement beyond the crest and as you top the hill you see the road is still there waiting for you, that’s trust.

If you open a door to a familiar room and it looks the same as you expected it to look, that’s trust.

Trust, in its quiet, unfelt strength, it is so strong that anything different than what you expect, is a surprise.

I hope that my trust will grow to its fullness.

Complete trust would equal complete peace.

There are no limits to the amount of love that is available for us to be.

Radiate

Morning Meds; 11 1 18

It’s our natural state to radiate consciousness.

We are more like a nuclear plant, than a lightbulb.

A lightbulb is dependent upon an outside source to provide it energy.

A nuclear plant radiates energy because of the nature of its core.

No matter what happens externally, the core glows on.

Our core is 100% Consciousness.

Turn Around

Morning Meds; 10 31 21

I fought my shadow to no avail, it parried my every move.

Finally, in exhaustion I turned around to seek advice from the Light and

instantly realized I had just been looking the wrong way.

If we endeavor to always try to seek the Light our shadow worlds fade behind us.

Strength is given to what we focus upon.

(Happy Halloween)

Agoraphobia

Morning Meds; 10 31 18

Agoraphobia is often a progressive phobia that may eventually leave a person housebound.

Spiritual Agoraphobia is the fear of venturing out away from traditional beliefs and doctrines.

It’s the fear that Source won’t meet us, take us by the hand and protect us as it shares new aspects of itself with us.

There’s a big world just outside dogmas door.
