The silence of meditation is the blank paper new thoughts are drawn upon after the scribbles of business are erased, it’s essential.

Our greatness lies in who and what we are, not in what we have or haven’t done.
Condemning ourselves and others for things done or not done create spiritual blockages.
We become tethered to a negative experience.
Forgiveness is the key that unlocks us from the past and releases us to move forward.
Forgiveness of ourselves and others is an act of love we give to ourselves.
…forgiveness…

What if there wasn’t an epic battle between good and evil and this is just an illusion of duality?
I posted this on 7 4 20, it produced a stir. This is the post and a reply.
Because of many friendly comments of varying viewpoints on different sites, not necessarily this one, I choose this as the easiest way to respond.
“Is our epic battle of good against evil an illusion of duality?” and
“We are light, darkness is a condition of the absence of light. How can darkness remain?”
Seems to have truly been a conversation starter.
This is an explanation from the vantage point they hail from.
Thank you for all the interaction, each and every one.
I love the conversations. If these posts or any of my posts are not right for you, then you are right to not use them, believe them or accept them, for you are responsible for your beliefs and how they affect your life.
These posts are what I get when I do my morning meditations, they are right for me.
I share them in hopes that they may be useful to others.
If they bring you comfort, that is good.
If they bring you stress, it’s not my intention.
Any time stress rises within us it provides opportunities for us to examine our beliefs.
Your beliefs, not mine, are the ones that need to bring you peacefulness and clarity.
You are here to do what you agreed to before you arrived.
The beliefs you have compiled for yourself make that possible.
This is my morning meditation in response to comments.
When we shed our husk of human confusion and our essence is again completely free of the commitments to which we agreed, recollection in all its fullness will be restored.
At the speed of thought again we will enjoy that our essence is only light.
Beyond our world of human confusion and the commitments we chose to pursue, our essence is the absence of dualistic resonance.
We reunite with a locationless experience, we lack words to truly describe, where we are completely free.
Free, for their freedom and bondage as a competitive struggle can never be.
Humanity uses the word, light, for there is no human word or at least an English word that can accurately describe our essence of Consciousness.
We chose a word that describes what we fear the least and prefer the most, for we are human and are not well adapted to function in the night/darkness.
We prefer light.
Our essence is from before the creation of duality and even our useful concept of time.
Here are two historical views that attempt to explain the event.
To use Christian mythology,
“In the beginning was God”….
Source of all that exists.
“Let there be light.”….
consciousness expressed.
“Separation of light and dark”…
Creation of duality.
What follows this introduction is a narrative explaining the interactions of the energies that formed worlds and a narrative on the interaction of our temporary dualistic expression as a human with the essence of God/Source/Tao.
To use Taoists mythology,
Tao Ti Ching…42 “The Tao gives birth to one”…
consciousness expressed.
“One gives birth to two”…
creation of duality.
“Two gives birth to three”…
the trinity of the balanced interaction of energy between our human condition and Tao/God/Source
“Three gives birth to all things”…
the manifested energy we perceive around us.
When we leave here, we return to expressing our original essence, our essence is perfectly balanced, united, and singular, pure light.
It is true in this experience of duality that light cannot exist without dark and that both are equally necessary, but when perfectly balanced their interactive opposing frequency cancel each other out and neither continue to exist as discernable differences.
That is where we hail from.
The more we concentrate on our core essence, pure light, for lack of an obtainable word, the less we are inclined to pursue choices based on fear.
Fear is the equivalent opposite of love and has birthed most of what we call darkness.
The more love that is released into this dualistic world, the more it will improve for each of us.
My intention is to help form a bridge of thought, which can link the trinity of our duality and the perfection of our essence, so we can access it as much as possible.
We have unlimited access to what is beyond duality.
It’s only a thought away.
We are all in this together.

Like the phenomena of spontaneous combustion, where a fire ignites within and consumes a person, our spiritual transformation starts within and burns it’s way to the surface.
The process reacquaints us with our original essence, removes the memory blocks and delivers us safely to where we always are, back to the place we’ve always been.

Freedom of choice begins with the realization that we are responsible for how our life is currently unfolding, until that is realized we remain victims.
It’s not a fault of character, we just at some point chose not to realize it.
Pryer to our arrival, we chose a life for the betterment of those around us, for we are all connected.
Others are choosing lives for our betterment and together we dance again and again.
How we perceive our past is a choice too.
We are not a victim of repressed memory, it’s one of the choices we made when we chose to dance on Earth.
Our actions may provide the needed ingredients for another person to realize they are responsible for their own life, and they can gain the liberty of freedom of choice.
Choose to surround yourself with unconditional self-love and love for others, your choices will reflect your decision.
We are just visitors here, temporarily doing the dance of duality.
Choose to choose, choose to remember, choose to love.

Our beliefs are like vibrational requests sent out from us to create our realities.
What we believe we will see, we will see.
Decorate your realities with beautiful thoughts and spruce your world up.

You can’t always choose which thoughts, drive down the highway of your mind when you first awake, but you can always choose which of the thoughts you flag down and choose to ride with.
If it seems beyond your ability to choose, sit down, meditate and call a cab that can carry you to where you would prefer to be.
Our minds are ours to guide, no different than a pianist’s fingers.

We are the purchasing agent for our spiritual life.
We order what we need from the unlimited universe.
Luckly most things are free.
Sometimes we choose to put a price tag on what we desire, and we say, “I will need more faith so I can have this.”
Faith is our spiritual currency for spiritual things. Items are obtained through faith.
Luckily, faith is a gift too and the more we use it the more it grows within.
So, shop away it’s all free for the asking, it just takes a little faith.

We are spirits in a human shell, we are always a miracle.
Our human side is just the tip of our spiritual iceberg.
Our humanness is a mere reflection of our magnitude.

Sometimes a morning stroll down the corridor of your soul can bring unprecedented splendor.
I heard the morning call for meditation, someone had struck the gong.
The song of the gong swelled within my stillness, I felt it’s ease and slowly sang along.
“I am, the I am, I always am.”
“I am, the I am, I always am.”
In the darkness before me a splendor began to unfurl,
endless rows of seated priests, arranged in rank-and-file.
They all sang the same refrain, together they sang as one.
I was one among all and the all was everything.
We each held a translucent orb cradled on our laps.
It contained the sagas of all our lives and all of our realities revealed.
Our lives of the past, our lives to come, the life we’re living now.
We all looked straight ahead.
We looked as if we saw, but there was no form, no brilliant glow, no glitter, nor a show.
Yet before us was the Source of All in the fullness of its glory.
We were it and it was us.
Identical, one, the same.
Not one of us, was the least part less, not one of us was more.
We all had gathered to sing the song,
The song of the sounding gong.
“I am, the I am, I always am.”
“I am, the …”
Sorry if didn’t acknowledge you this morning, I know you were there too.
