Various beliefs speak within our mind.
Many clamor to speak the loudest,
Love is the quietest,
but is always the most powerful.
Its quietness drowns out all the others.
Listen for it.
Let it rise to the top.

Change is the inevitable result of living.
Acceptance of change softens its effect.
Fighting change perpetuates exhaustion.
Without change, new can never be.

I thought of the burning sun, shining on the leaves of plants.
The plants absorb the energy and through photosynthesis convert it into energy packets that it then converts into chemicals to live and thrive with.
I don’t think we are all that different spirituality.
Our core shines like the sun. We absorb the energy, convert it to usable information or feelings, which we use to live and thrive with.
We contain a universe.
Look inside.

What pieces are we adding to our future by the thoughts we pursue today?
Ladders, bridges, clear highways or barriers, impasses, or clutter?
We create our realities one thought at a time.
We maintain our realities one thought at a time.
Every moment is an opportunity to nudge our lives closer to the reality we prefer.
It’s just a thought away.

No matter where the…there…we want to get to, it is just like the location map on a buildings wall.
We have to start from the arrow pointing to…you are here…
If we follow the path that always materializes beneath our feet as we walk, we will pass through enough…you are here’s… to arrive at the…there… we seek.
It’s like a board game, it ends when we are safe at home.
Being home, we realize we have always been home and the …there’s… are just the experiences we needed so we could open our hearts to see our completeness.
Then we get to play again.

On my way to stillness, I tripped over a bag of my opinions.
How absurd is it to believe my bag of opinions is any more valid than anyone else’s bag of opinions.
We all have our own disks of beliefs that we slip into our view finder and flip through.
Each person’s set of disks is valid relative to their experiences, needs and dreams.
We are all creating our own stories.
The less we judge others, the more accepting we are of ourselves.
Treat yourself like a loved one.
Treat others the same.

Abundance.
Take what you need,
Share the excess,
Be grateful you’re blessed.

Our reality surrounds us like a snow globe, our inner vibrations projected on its glass.
At the center of this globe is our core.
Our complete essence and the door to all things.
Through our core our universe pours out and through our core the universe flows in.

As energy beings, we process vibrations and translate them into usable illusions.
All of what we experience is in some way effected by our own unique vibrational processing abilities.
Our take on a thing can shade it positive or negative, good, or bad, even whether it’s real or bogus.
We have free will and freedom of choice.
Our processing forms the illusions that frames the world in and around us.
Meditation offers vibrations that can be used to create useful illusions that help us free ourselves from the illusions we no longer wish to keep repeating.
If we are projecting our world around us, we might as well create one we enjoy.

Hopelessness withers the soul.
If you suffer from depression, the most important path to find is one that will lead you to hope.
If you ask, you will find one.
