The infinite treasures within our core lie just beyond our hallucinations of lack.
We are so much more than what we were taught to believe.

Emotions are the echoes of the voice of our beliefs.
Following an emotion back to its source, will always lead back to ourselves.
Emotions are always a reaction.
The echo we feel reveals our opinions and beliefs.

Beyond the beyond,
past our struggles and fears
rest awaits.
That silent place of bliss
where duality cradles itself into one.
Where diversity of choices
are seen in their true form.
Beyond the beyond,
where thoughts are stilled,
we begin to know
the complexity we see here
is but a powerful dream.
Morning Meds; 2 17 20
Our emotions responses rise from a pool of energy,
apparitions formed by our beliefs.
We create the ghosts we live with.
The energy pool is ours to stir or still.

I sometimes feel reluctance in moving forward in my perceived spiritual journey, for fear of losing some important aspects of myself.
A fear of something new and unknown.
Like most spiritual concepts, which seem to be the exact opposite of the way we were taught to view our world.
It’s not that we are heading to someplace new, we are returning to our place of origin, our true self.
Ancient, eternal, authentic, original.
What we cling to, is a mirage we have cloaked ourselves in.
Even the thought of journeying and returning, is a mirage.
We are and always have been dreaming.
We are resting in the safe center of the heart of the Creator of All.

We need not fight each separate wave that crashes onto the shores of our consciousness, for the pounding continuous expressions of thought are relentless.
They wash in, leaving their remnants on the beach.
We needn’t pick each expression up.
We can sort through the debris, gather the items we hoped to find, disregard the rest.
The unchosen will dissipate back into the sea.

I was awakened by a voice saying,
“Your device missed a download, please assist.”
I assumed I should meditate on that, so I did.
Amazing time, still processing.
There is so much more than what we are taught to imagine.
We have so much help available to us,
we just need to ask.
We couldn’t stop ourselves from being loved if we tried.
Morning Meds; 2 16 19
With memory erased
we enter this world
our inner essence concealed.
Mirroring our surroundings
we mimic the reflections
struggling to become…
ourselves?
Yet always within,
as if behind darkened glass
our true nature shines.
The brighter we shine,
the less we reflect and
the more we radiate
ourselves.

Rivers only overflow when their volume exceeds their boundaries.
Realizing and releasing greater volumes of unconditional love from our core into our daily lives is the greatest act we can do to help our love parched world.
We can help to relieve the drought by letting our love overflow and by removing our boundaries of bias, prejudice and exclusion.
Love and compassion are the greatest tools we have to help restore compassion and peace.
Morning Meds; 2 14 20
Spiritually, every day should be dedicated to the celebration of love.
