If we are eternal beings composed of eternal energy
how can any dateable belief system
in anyway affect our future eternity?
We have been in existence longer
than the birth of this universe and
will exist long after it is gone.

We meander in and out of the gates of time. We are fully alive, vibrant, and untethered. We are Source. Enjoy the splendor of your essence today.
Note. This came as thought mantra, “I Am Source.” We all have a dictionary in our minds that feeds us definitions, these in turn create emotional responses.
From my limited view I believe, “I am Source,” is the end realization we are to realize. It allows us to be and enjoy who and what we truly are.
Taoism, teaches to stay to the center,
Hinduism believes that everything is a manifestation of Source,
Buddhism believe we are unrealized Buddhas.
Christ said,” He and the Father are one” and that we are all Sons of God. Pardon the Generalization.
Being raised western, I am continually battling with the mental dictionary I have installed.
To say “I am Source” not so bad, to say “I am God” fingernails on a chalkboard.
I have used the comparison of dipping water out of the ocean for a long time. By seeing Source as the Ocean and seeing myself as a part of that ocean. I know that a cup of sea water is 100% Ocean. By analogy if I am the contents of the cup, my essence also is 100% Ocean. We are 100% Source; we just mistakenly see ourselves differently.
I found that I can comfortably interchange the word Ocean, for Source and raise my vibrational realization, because it doesn’t grind against old beliefs.
Enough sea water will dilute these old beliefs in time. This is a useful thing I have stumbled upon as I stumble onward. Hope it might be useful to another.

Sustenance,
for our body, food and drink.
for our mind, inspired thoughts.
for our heart, compassion,
for our soul, contact with our core essence of unconditional love.

Predating time,
Predating the birth of the universe,
Eternally continuing,
Our essence is one with Source.

The gate to the garden of our heart, swing inwards,
we are the guardian of its gate.
It’s easy to be so busy guarding,
that we miss the beauty of our essence that we’ve trapped inside.

Spinning on the little blue school,
This microscopic speck in space.
In our bubble of air surrounded by beauty and elegance.
Our search for a similar planet so far has not found another dot so perfect.
Luckily, we continually revisit this spinning little blue school,
this microscopic speck in space.

Dishonesty with ourselves can create a war within.
Honesty with ourselves, on where we’re at on any given subject, is the precursor to change.
This realization slows the struggle so we can negotiate peace.
Peace comes by accepting ourselves as we are.
Acceptance of who and how we are is the precursor to unconditional love.
Unconditional love changes everything.

We are continually changing moment to moment.
We are a river of energy perpetually flowing in the direction we chose.
Our only boundaries are the ones created by our choices; we are as boundless as we believe ourselves to be.

Our personal internal conflicts can seem like a labyrinth.
Meditation allows us a bird’s eye view.
Once removed from the frenzy of the dilemma, we can see the maze as if drawn on a wooden disk.
The disk is floating in a sea of solutions, and we can see the pathway out.
I’m reminded of doing a maze with my four-year-old grandson, we came to a dead end, and I said, “Can’t get out that way.”
My grandsons’ eyes lit up, he drew a line through the dead end, smiled and said, “Look Papa, you can jump right over!”
Seemed right to me. Sometimes solutions are simpler than we’re taught.

Have you asked yourself, “What good does it do, to chose to believe, that change has to be hard?”
