Morning Meds; 1 1 19

Sending out love as an unconditional act, is like hosing out the basement. All the clutter, debris and dust are washed away. The stagnant energy of past actions and thoughts are removed. The nasty residue of guilt, resentment and blame go with the flow. It’s not so much that the recipients of our love are in need of it, it’s the fact that we need it. The practice of it reestablishes who and what we truly are. We are 100% one with Source. All notions that we are in anyway separated from the originator of our essence, are misconceptions. By practicing the act of sending love to all, we realign our vibration. We do what we were meant to do. Be selfish today, send unconditional love to all of us. We are all in this together. Happy New Year.

Morning Meds; 1 1 18

My Grandfather had a farm in Iowa. He made pets of most his livestock. He had a Bantam rooster that would ride with him on his tractor. One time he brought the rooster into the house, much to my grandmother’s dismay, and set him down in front of a full-length mirror in one of the sitting rooms. The fight was on. That rooster went to flogging that mirror with all it’s might. Grampa had to subdue the rooster and take it outside. From that point on, if that rooster entered the house, it would run through three rooms to get to the mirror to continue the battle. It was hilarious to watch him go. He was one determined chicken.

All our inner battles with ourselves are like a rooster fighting its reflection. No way to win battle against our reflection through force. To win, we simply have to sit down and stop the fight, we immediately begin to see a different reflection. Change how you see yourself and you can find peace. Send love to any and every aspect of your life, in time you see that reflected in your mirror and there is no reason to battle anymore. When all we reflect is love, we will cast no reflection at all.

Outside in and inside out,

Everything turning once again.

What was old, must be new.

What is new, was always old.

Spinning, spinning, spinning.

Dark to light and back again.

Right to wrong, wrong to right.

Entering from the eternal night.

What was broke, now is well.

What is well, will go to hell.

Spinning, spinning, spinning.

Turned and stirred by many lives,

rising to the top, then down again.

The constant mixing of our within.

Release the strife to be set free,

Forgive yourself, let others be.

Spinning, spinning, spinning.

It never stops, there’s always change

Contrast is the root of game.

Learning much, but we always forget.

We return to earth to play again.

Send love to all the participating souls involved in your life. Those you love, those you don’t, those who have done you right, those who have done ya wrong.

Sending love is not an agreement with an action, it is a gift from our higher nature we give to cleanse our soul.

It’s how we learn to love.

Each and every individual who has touched your soul in any way were participating in your development.

You are an enlightened human.

A human, who is outgrowing the negative impact of duality and returning, through realization of truth, to your true nature.

So, pass out the participation trophies in the form of unconditional love and reward all who touched your soul.

Each contact brought new insights into your inner being. Everyone is in some way, a reflection of ourselves, for we are all one.

Start the new year with a clean slate.

Traveling roads recovered,

walking lost roads restored.

Recognizing energetic landmarks of who you were before.

Asking, “Who am I?”

The question never ends.

Asking, “Who do I Know I am?”

Is where the fun begins.

One small step beyond our resistance.

One small step beyond what we were told we could not know.

Lies the answer to our query,

you can feel it with your soul.

Faith is a tender energy

gathered little by little

like the pollen of saffron.

It is a powerful energy,

a spiritual substance,

it’s ours for the asking.

It is a gift to access miracles.

Healing is the inevitable consequences of prolonged contact with Source. The more we stay centered in love, our core essence, the more healing we will realize. Not receive, realize.

Pixie dust and dandelion seeds, drifting side by side.

Both are a simple act of God, products of the Devine.

Taught to disregard our spirit guides, “There are no imaginary friends.

You need to let this all go and get past your childish whims”

Given beliefs not our own and not allowed to search.

We slowly fade within ourselves, tormented by the hurt.

Pixie dust and dandelion seeds, together in the sun.

It seems, imaginative hearts and the mind of God, really, they are one.

Be childish today,

imagine a miracle.

Morning Meds; 12 29 21

Missed my morning meditation, first one I’ve missed in I don’t remember when.

I caught the flu, bummer.

I had an interesting experience though, as I lay there with my head pounding, I decided to send love to the virus.

Although a virus isn’t considered a living thing because it hijacks other living cells and replicates through their anatomy, I believe it would have consciousness of some form.

It’s made of molecular energy, and I believe that seeing molecular energy as the beginning expression of Source provides the easiest way to see how we are all one.

We spend our lifetimes here swapping molecules with everything else.

When I started sending love to this energy, I didn’t like but did it just because it is an expression of Source energy, the headache went away.

Love is the solution to everything.

I’m in the process or bartering for it to have a very short visit.

Have a great day, I’m going back to bed.

Morning Meds; 12 29 19

If you’ve ever had to help a kindergarten teacher pry your screaming five-year-old son loose from your leg as you backed out a door on his first day of kindergarten, you have a great picture of how we cling to the things we love.

Change can be frightening.

Love does not always appear as what is best.

Love can come as a healing storm of disturbing thoughts.

Turmoils of health, infraction of divine laws, unjust appraisals.

Love, like weather can be many things.

I prefer butterflies and tulips, warm sunlight and gentle rains, but change is inevitable.

Letting go of our cherished beliefs and prejudices opens our world to new things and beautiful riches.

We are unconditionally loved, trust in that.

We are always safe with Source.

We are one with our Creator.

Source and us always know what we are doing, at a higher level.

Trust the process.
