We are continually changing moment to moment.
We are a river of energy perpetually flowing in the direction we chose.
Our only boundaries are the ones created by our choices; we are as boundless as we believe ourselves to be.

Our personal internal conflicts can seem like a labyrinth.
Meditation allows us a bird’s eye view.
Once removed from the frenzy of the dilemma, we can see the maze as if drawn on a wooden disk.
The disk is floating in a sea of solutions, and we can see the pathway out.
I’m reminded of doing a maze with my four-year-old grandson, we came to a dead end, and I said, “Can’t get out that way.”
My grandsons’ eyes lit up, he drew a line through the dead end, smiled and said, “Look Papa, you can jump right over!”
Seemed right to me. Sometimes solutions are simpler than we’re taught.

Have you asked yourself, “What good does it do, to chose to believe, that change has to be hard?”

Sat down to meditate, the thought came, you’ll get something at meditation class. This is it, would have liked something shorter.
In 1986 I did my first creative visualization journey. My brother-in-law introduced me to the experience. He had read about it in a book and assumed he was qualified. His introduction was, ” Hey, let’s try this, this will be fun.” He was quite successful but had no idea what to do with the aftermath.
In the journey, I entered a house, went down a hall and entered a room. I was to describe the room, the child I found there and share how I felt. It was not a pleasant experience. I saw a dirty, sad, stupid child, sitting on a hardwood floor, in an empty room like you would find in an abandoned house.
He was two or three years old and was in front of a dirty window. If he had been standing, he would have been tall enough to see out, but he was just sitting, staring towards a west wall.
My feelings towards the child were utter disgust and loathing, pretty much straight up hate. Say hello to, inner child.
Over the years I’ve decorated the room, hung curtains, painted and have made a lot of changes, but I found it to be more interesting to explore the innumerable other rooms that exist in the world of creative visualization.
Found an awesome stone meditation platform that overlooks a tropical forest and found that to be much more pleasant to spend my time there. I hadn’t spent any time in the inner child room for quite a few years.
My wife and I are attending a meditation class on Sundays that uses creative visualization as an avenue for self-discovery and change. At one point, during Sunday’s journey, we were supposed to meet ourselves, face to face.
Immediately I was standing in the doorway of that room.
What I saw was the bubbly face of our two-year-old granddaughter, alive, vibrant, happy, well. Then I realized, oh that’s me. Wow what a surprise. Well, hello inner child.
It’s been a slow journey to cultivate love for the child I was first introduced to. I am now grateful for the journey, for through it I can offer hope. This experience is a very small miracle in the grand scheme of things, but a grand one for me. Love is a life changing force; it is our core essence.
Sitting in meditation opens our heart to let it change our life.
No matter where we start from or how we see ourselves to be, there is hope.
We seem to be in an accelerated era of change, what has taken me half a lifetime to realize, can now be accessed and assimilated much more quickly. Change your beliefs.
We are packets of energy responding to how we see ourselves to be. The fact that we can view ourselves in so many ways reflect the creative force we are, we are 100% source energy.
We are……. write your own love story and share your love with the rest of us. Your successes are our successes. We are all one.

We are our sacred space.

One of the shortcomings of seeing ourselves above and separate from nature, is that nature is always willing to share it’s fruit with all, because sharing it’s fruit insures it’s survival. Maybe there is a lesson there.

While meditating I saw a long fence. I imagined it a barrier between me and my dreams.
As I walked along its southern edge looking for a way through, I came upon a part of the fence that was constructed letter shaped boards.
A large head high post shaped like the letter capitol I, following it was the letters spelling out the word can’t.
As I studied these words, I noticed two metal hinges connecting the I and the word can’t.
Looking at the ‘t, it started to shift, the t turned into a tall walking staff and the apostrophe changed into a kerosene lamp hanging from its cross.
The n of the word can was tied to the walking staff.
Untying it with my mind, I grasped the staff and the hanging lamp.
I pushed the gate, can, open and continued towards the north.
When faced with the words I can’t, turn it into a gate called I can, take the lighted lamp and staff and continue to your heart’s desire.

Trouble locating the Kingdom of Heaven?
Have you looked within?

Old joke, “How do you get to Carnegie Hall?” “Practice, practice, practice.”
The art of creative manifestation is in the skill sets of the Divine, good thing we are divine energy masquerading as humans.
Think how much daily practice we could have if every time we became upset, we used our creative thought energy and manifesting ability to create a calming thought. That would lead to a calming emotion.
If we could interpret the smaller interruptions to our peacefulness as opportunities to practice creative thought changes, then in time those seemingly large interruption would be easier to handle.
This is not to say ignore feeling, they are the barometer of our soul, but it would just create an opportunity to create better coping skills. No reason to stay upset over trivial incidents.
This thought could change how we cope with the common wear and tear of life.
I know I will be putting in a lot of practice.
I let myself get upset much too often.

The only thing that keeps us, us, is consciousness.
All our cells have come and gone, energy formed and reformed by consciousness.
Consciousness energizing our DNA allows us to replicate ourselves.
We are always completely new and capable of change, so why does change seem difficult?
Our beliefs are the only part of us that remains old.
Our beliefs define us, that’s why we hang onto them.
Thankfully, we have the ability to reform them at any time.
Thoughts are the building blocks of our beliefs.
Beliefs are constructed and strengthened one thought at a time.
We live each moment as a collection of experiences and beliefs.
We become the product of the universe we’ve created for ourselves.
If we see our beliefs as solidified thought energy, stored in the garage of our mind, change becomes easier.
Change may be just a matter of cleaning our mental garage.
We can always change our beliefs; it’s done one thought at a time.
Reading spiritual materials, meditation and finding spiritual minded people accesses new thoughts.
New thoughts open doors to new things.
Just a thought.
