I Know What I Knew

Morning Meds; 12 15 18

The restoration of our memory of who and what we are releases the reverberating resonance of love from our hearts.

We can know what we knew before we came into this world.

(Interesting mantra, “I know what I knew before I came into this world”)

Our imagined journey is not so much about becoming something new, it’s remembering what we are.

Using Our Imagination

Morning Meds; 12 14 18

Past traumas are recalled as images in our minds. Their image can carry the weight of the actual event, yet the structure of the image, mental energy, is no different than the images of a daydream.

Reduce the power of past traumas by realizing they are just recalled images of energy. Divide them into separate little particles like droplets in a cloud and allow them to dissipate.

We are the one who changes thought energy into solid structures and choose how much they can affect our lives.

Imagination is one of the most powerful tools we can use to bring positive change into our lives. Imagine great things for yourself today.

Storms of Fear

Morning Meds; 12 13 21

All my fears appear in my future.

All are subject to change.

Most have little validity,

unless I choose to breathe life into them.

Beside each is the alternative possibility of

how things can go well or even better.

The one I focus on will bring about its end result.

Focusing on the moment offers peace in our created storms,

storms created by the energy of fear instead of the energy of trust.

(My heart goes out to all those impacted by the tornado.

Their fears are in their present moments.

Theirs are real, not imagined.)

Realizing Our Potential

Morning Meds; 12 13 19

Just as the morning dew radiates the glory of the rising sun.

We radiate the glory of the consciousness of Source.

A florescent light is just tube filled with potential until it is connected to a circuit.

Meditation connects us with Source.

Meditation helps us to realize our potential.

Our Journey

Morning Meds; 12 12 21

Our imagined spiritual journey is a journey of realization and remembering more than a spiritual obstacle course. Our challenges force us to look for strengths we have forgotten. As we advance our minds slowly clear and we remember we are much more than we were taught. We are one with God/Source and always have been. We just were suffering from spiritual amnesia.

Transmuting

Morning Meds; 12 12 18

Transmuting; the act of changing form, nature, or substance.

Thoughts are energy, beliefs are a group of similar thoughts about a certain subject.

Anytime we introduce a new thought into a belief, we are transmuting parts of that belief.

Changing a belief changes us.

Compare two thoughts.

I am good.

I am bad.

Two completely different energies unfold within us.

Transmutation of thoughts about ourselves, others, our surroundings or our spiritual state will change our life.

Thoughts of love, wholeness, wellness will transmute our whole being.

We need to treat ourselves like a loved one and always talk nice about ourselves.

Watch the change happen.
