Transmuting Bad Stuff into Gold

Morning Meds; 1 3 19

To transmute any emotional experience from unbearable, to a coveted possession is through the energy of love.

Our most hated experiences are often the key ingredient that brought us to the bliss we are now experiencing.

Only love can produce these changes.

Only love can change our bad stuff into gold.

What is Beneficial

It can be difficult to judge what is truly beneficial to us.

Most addicts wouldn’t see the unmanageability of addiction as a benefit,

yet it is what often drives them to treatment.

The depth of depression causes many to search for spirituality.

A dead-end job can force someone to finally follow their dream.

The universe conspires to help us long before we are aware of its unconditional love for us.

It responds to our hearts call for help and open a way for us.

Just Drive

Morning Med; 1 2 21

When we climb into our car, we seldom give it a thought that along the way, we constantly adapt.

Somebody could be driving.

to fast,

to slow,

to close or

on the wrong side of the road.

The car could stall,

have a flat,

overheat or

just not go.

We could see a wreck,

be the wreck,

we don’t know for sure.

We just climb into the car and go.

We don’t concentrate on dangers.

We don’t expect the road to be blocked.

We don’t focus on possible tragedies.

We turn the key and start.

We are confident that we can

brake,

swerve or

accelerate.

We assume we will arrive intact.

Our imagined spiritual journey could be similar, if we looked at it like that.

We could choose to expect the best

and entertain less fears of getting

injured,

tricked,

detoured or

lost.

We could have faith in our ability to

listen,

follow,

allow,

accept

discern and

adapt.

We could choose to expect

open roads,

smooth highways,

pleasant rest stops and

a working GPS.

It would make for a much more pleasant trip, instead of letting our fears create a mess.

Oh, one more thing,

I think it’s good to know,

that it’s quite possible that the road that we are driving on is created by our beliefs.

The better we believe our future to be, the better our future we be.

Create an enjoyable trip.

Push or Hug?

Morning Meds; 1 1 22

Most our world’s problems are because of fear of losing something, either something we have or could potentially have. The opposite of fear is love. Love doesn’t take, it gives. Love gathers, fear divides. Love, as sappy as it sounds, is the solution to most the world’s problems. It’s as obvious as a comparison between a push and a hug.

Cleaning House

Morning Meds; 1 1 19

Sending out love as an unconditional act, is like hosing out the basement. All the clutter, debris and dust are washed away. The stagnant energy of past actions and thoughts are removed. The nasty residue of guilt, resentment and blame go with the flow. It’s not so much that the recipients of our love are in need of it, it’s the fact that we need it. The practice of it reestablishes who and what we truly are. We are 100% one with Source. All notions that we are in anyway separated from the originator of our essence, are misconceptions. By practicing the act of sending love to all, we realign our vibration. We do what we were meant to do. Be selfish today, send unconditional love to all of us. We are all in this together. Happy New Year.

Bantam Rooster

Morning Meds; 1 1 18

My Grandfather had a farm in Iowa. He made pets of most his livestock. He had a Bantam rooster that would ride with him on his tractor. One time he brought the rooster into the house, much to my grandmother’s dismay, and set him down in front of a full-length mirror in one of the sitting rooms. The fight was on. That rooster went to flogging that mirror with all it’s might. Grampa had to subdue the rooster and take it outside. From that point on, if that rooster entered the house, it would run through three rooms to get to the mirror to continue the battle. It was hilarious to watch him go. He was one determined chicken.

All our inner battles with ourselves are like a rooster fighting its reflection. No way to win battle against our reflection through force. To win, we simply have to sit down and stop the fight, we immediately begin to see a different reflection. Change how you see yourself and you can find peace. Send love to any and every aspect of your life, in time you see that reflected in your mirror and there is no reason to battle anymore. When all we reflect is love, we will cast no reflection at all.

Happy New Year
