Teetering on the Totter

Morning Meds; 12 10 19

Our quality-of-life teeters on the totter of choice.

At the point decision, choosing what love would choose is always the best choice.

I’m not sure if because of our competitive training, but for me nurturing myself seems more difficult than scolding.

Nurture is always the best choice.

Above the Mountains of Struggle

Morning Meds; 12 9 19

The mountains of struggle are capped with clouds of doubt.

As we raise our shared consciousness with Source, through meditation, we meet above the struggle.

The loving breath of Source whisps the clouds of doubt away, with the words, you are loved, you are safe, We are One.

Trusting Intuition

Morning Meds; 12 9 18

Unconventional methods open doorways to unconventional findings.

Trust your intuition to lead you to where you need to go.

Our inner guidance system knows how to reveal to us the next step, thought or decision.

Our imagined journey is always created for us, by us, to allow us, to regain our memories of who and what we always have been and always are.

Sanctity

Morning Meds; 12 8 19

We refer to the sanctity of human life.

We believe that the spark of essence that makes us human is Divine.

The spark that makes us human is the same sparks that animates all life, on our planet and all the infinite regions of space beyond.

They are now starting to believe that all the energy expressions that we see around us, are not only constantly changing from state to state, (gas, liquor, solid) but are continually fluctuating in expression from one element into a different element.

There is an instant of, for lack of a better word, nothingness between expressions.

Hinduism has long believed that there was nothing but Brahma.

Brahma divided into everything, therefore there is nothing but Brahma.

Taoism calls it the Tao,

Judaism calls it Jehovah,

Christianity sees it as God, the list goes on, as every civilization attempted to describe the indescribable spark of essence that animates our human energy form.

Opinions vary on how well each have done and each believe they have it right.

It goes to show how hard it is to describe living energy in its infinite forms.

This living energy, no matter what name we attempt to attach, is the sanctity of life.

We are all Divine and connected, we are all fluctuating sparks of Divine energy.

Balloon

Morning Meds; 12 8 18

Ever pictured yourself a balloon while meditating?

Each inhalation is really just Source’s exhalation and as you feel your lungs collapse, you know that Source has drawn another breath.

We are just along for the ride experiencing our oneness.

Fun thought.

Word game:

Sometimes we need to release

Breaching the Barrier of I Can’t

Morning Meds 12 7 21

The barrier of

I Can’t

is breached through the opening beneath the inscription,

I’ll Try.

It always leads to the land of

Now I Am.

The realm of

Perfectionism

is filled with anguished souls lamenting,

“I’ll never do it well enough.”

While the realm of

I’ll Try My Best,

is filled with busy people.

See your attempts at new interests as if you’re an infant learning to feed oneself.

New beginnings are often messy and seldom pretty, but there is no other way.

Saturation

Morning Meds; 12 7 19

Saturation is the point of total absorption of a liquid.

Spiritual saturation is when our spirt has absorbed as much energy from Source as we can momentarily utilize for ourselves and the excess oozes out into the world around us in the form of compassionate acts to others.
