But What If?

Morning Meds; 8 15 22

But what if, is a creative question.

Whenever we think it, we have the opportunity to shape our future.

If it followed by positivity our future will be brighter.

If it is followed by our fears our future will remain the same as our present experience.

We create our future one thought at a time.

One Requires The Other

Morning Meds; 8 14 22

We can’t have courage without first being afraid.

We can’t be strong unless we bear a burden.

We can’t be loyal without conflicting options.

We can’t overcome without a challenge.

We can’t learn without ignorance.

Most the situations we hope to avoid are the ones that lead to the most rewards.

Fetters Of Beliefs

Morning Meds; 8 13 19

Our learned beliefs can inslave us, forcing us to serve them as you would a taskmaster.

Within us is the courage to challenge them.

If you don’t think you have the courage, recognize the belief as one more taskmaster expecting your servitude.

How do you find a key to unlock the fetters?

The lock is voice activated, your voice saying the opposite.

Your voice saying, I am brave, I am free, I am creative.

Recognize that sometimes the best intentions of parents, friends, religions and even your own conclusions based on upset emotions, may not be the truth.

I know that I was lovingly lied to, with my best interest in their heart.

I don’t need to not love them.

I can love and thank them for their concern.

Your freedom is in your hands and the universe anxiously waits to assist you.

Raise your voice, inact your freedom, reshape those limiting beliefs.

The Gaia You Are

Morning Meds; 8 11 19

Our beliefs surround us and create the emotional landscape around us.

Whether they be gentle meadows, barren deserts or volcanic eruptions, our collection of aquired beliefs determines the backdrop for what we feel.

Our thoughts, based upon beliefs, continually provide the environment that maintains our world of emotions.

If we are not satisfied with our internal world, it’s up to us to change the environment.

Fluid thoughts, like water, soften the beliefs.

Choosing to change opinions allows growth for new things.

As we allow the unuseful to decay away, the useful parts remain and fertilize the new.

We are the Gaia of our emotional world.

We created the terrain and are the controlling factor of it’s environment.

If you feel you are not flourishing, follow your thoughts, they will always lead you to a belief.

Use your creativity to reshape the belief until it produces life.

I’ve read that cultivation is a more accurate word to translate the meaning of meditation.

Cultivate your world through meditation.

Be the Gaia you are.

Remembering The Stillness

Morning Meds; 8 10 19

The paradox of our spiritual journey, is it seems like we have to travel so far to realize that we are and always have been home.

We sit in stillness of the void, watching our perceptions of our created journey.

It’s so easy to become so mesmerized by the scenery, that we lose track of the stillness.

At the same time, the joy of a journey is the scenery.

The trick seems to be, learning how to enjoy your trip and remember the stillness at the same time.

Our Relative Realities

Morning Meds; 8 9 20

We live in our relative realities unaware of worlds apart from are own.

We glean glimpses of those worlds through meditation, dreams and persistent searches into the depths of our core essence.

We maintain our equilibrium through the process of affirming or dismissing, accepting or rejecting, what we find.

The contents of what is visible can be consistently overwhelming, enlightening and transformative and it becomes increasingly impossible to see beyond our relative realities without experiencing transformative alterations to what we perceive as our existence.

What once seemed true may dissolve away and like a toppled house, we often have to sweep away the rubble and reassemble our perspective.

What we once viewed as mountains of granite fade and are replaced by ever changing clouds of possibilities.

The only solid ground is that we are eternally unconditionally loved.

We are in the midst of a global toppling, our perspectives will need to evolve to allow ourselves emotional equilibrium.

Focus on love, raise it like a flag held by a standard bearer.

We can focus our intent, our goals and our pursuit of purpose on compassion and inclusion.

We can gather our families, friends and acquaintances under our spreading wings of love as a hen would gather her chicks.

Every person in our life, friend or imagined foe is in our life for an important reason.

Choose love, for only love will prevail.

Let’s let our contribution add to it’s magnitude, we’re all in this together.

Our souls, our essence, our continued eternal existence is always intact.

That is the unity, the strength, the hope of love.

That aspect of us is never in danger.

We are eternal consciousness.

We can challenge ourselves to replace fear with love as often and quickly as possible.

Let’s let the magnificence of our core essence rule.

Path To The Center

Morning Meds; 8 9 19

When yin and yang decide to dance, our lives can feel the fury.

The worst end of one, is the best end of the other and harmony holds them together.

Where they meet in the middle, they cancel each other, so only nothing remains.

So follow the path that leads to the center, but there are no signs pointing the way.

It’s breath, following breath, following breath, until everything goes away.

The Me I Be

Morning Meds; 8 8 19

I use to think that the me I be, was different than the I am, I am.

So I tried to change the me I be, to fit what I thought I am, might be.

But what I thought was truth, was not truth to me and it wasn’t a me I could be.

For the truth I held was someone else’s truth and it wasn’t right, you see.

Now I know, the me I be, is the I am, I am and it’s the I am, I’ll always be.

There’s no other me that I can be, that’s the truth I see.
