Lured Away

Morning Meds; 6 14 20

Don’t let the world chaos lure you to other side.

The things that troubles me the most and I hope others, are actions devoid of compassion.

Including;

The lack of medical help for the mentally challenged, the homeless, the less financially blessed.

Our blue gem of a planet and it’s demise by human expansion.

Nature being seen as something to be dominated instead of cooperated with and preserved.

Lack of inclusion of and for all races and the inability to see equality.

The intolerance of others spiritual beliefs and the religious justifications to harm others by any or all groups.

Humanity’s tendency to hoard instead of share.

Competition without compassion.

The innocent being captured for the greed of another.

With that being said;

Don’t let the world chaos lure you to the other side.

In the name of preserving I could choose to destroy.

In the name of equality I could choose to discriminate.

In the name of peace I could choose war.

To save a life I could choose to take a life.

In the pursuit of love I could choose to hate.

Don’t let yourself be tricked by the chaos of the world.

Compassion can’t be legislated.

Force cannot procure mercy.

Violence only breeds violence.

The chaos we are experiencing can only be changed by a change of heart.

If what you/I am feeling is hate then we/I have moved to the other side.

We have joined forces with chaos no matter what logic or justification we have invented to appease ourselves.

Christ, one of mankind’s greatest teachers, taught.

Do good to those who harm you.

Those who live by the sword, die by the sword.

Turn the other cheek.

Neither do I accuse you.

If you are asked to carry a pack a mile, carry it two.

Render to Caesar what is Caesar’s.

The meek shall inherit the earth.

These seem to be the forgotten teaching of Christ, taught before his teachings were weaponized by political and social self interest groups.

They don’t work as slogans to finance wars.

Christ knew that only love could bring peace.

He taught inclusion and forgiveness rather than an eye for an eye.

He referred to it as a new testament.

One energy will produce more of itself, just like two similar turning forks will respond to each other.

Love will bring love.

This is what Christ tried to bring.

Compassion breeds compassion.

Be rebellious and choose to love your imagined enemies for they are not the enemy, they are part of humanity, one of us.

The energy of Fear is the true enemy.

Go ahead and love it to death.

Don’t let yourself be lured away.

My wife Cheryl and I live in St. Joseph, Missouri. She is retired and watches three of our 12 grandchildren and 1 greatgrandchild. I work as a maintenance man at Highland Community College in Highland, Kansas. I have a BA in Art with an emphasis in ceramics. I am a second degree Reiki practitioner and BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing) practitioner. I started writing spiritual related posts in 2018 and started sharing them on a few different Facebook sites. This site is to consolidate and re-share them. It is also to share short stories based on images seen while in meditation. My hopes are that it will inspire others to use the powerful tool of visualisation to enhance their spiritual journey. Thank you.
