“You have become who you are now, not by gazing upwards but instead by looking inwardly.
You learned this not by looking up but by looking down from where you have been.
Clouds hide the summit if viewed from below,
Clouds hide the valley if viewed from above.
If the summit is what you seek, start at the summit and the path you used to arrive will matter less. Look down from the top and the how to will be remembered.”

My wife Cheryl and I live in St. Joseph, Missouri. She is retired and watches three of our 12 grandchildren and 1 greatgrandchild. I work as a maintenance man at Highland Community College in Highland, Kansas.
I have a BA in Art with an emphasis in ceramics.
I am a second degree Reiki practitioner and BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing) practitioner.
I started writing spiritual related posts in 2018 and started sharing them on a few different Facebook sites.
This site is to consolidate and re-share them.
It is also to share short stories based on images seen while in meditation.
My hopes are that it will inspire others to use the powerful tool of visualisation to enhance their spiritual journey.

Du Fu “View of Taishan” — I can’t find the translation I want, but the last two lines say, “From the summit all the mountains seem (look) small”
Thank you for the comment sorry I missed it, too busy at times I guess.
Enjoy your writing and your variety of experiences you share.
