See, Hear, Feel, Know

Morning Meds; 6 23 19

See

The vision in a raindrop,

The cathedral in a cloud.

Hear

The messages whispered by waterfalls,

The symphonies performed by the wind.

Feel

The love of God in a cool breeze,

The endorphins in a child’s laugh.

The common contains the spectacular,

If we just take time to be still.

I Feel Like a Spirit

Morning Meds 6 22 22

It has been a busy week, Cheryl, my wife spent four days in a hospital with pneumonia.

I stayed with her, and she is home now and doing better.

Sincerely hope this will be her/our only experience of this.

This morning was the first somewhat normal morning we have had since Saturday.

That being said, when I started meditation this morning my first thought was that I don’t feel very spiritual.

The next thought immediately afterwards was, how can you not feel spiritual if you are a spirit?

You always feel like a human because you are a human.

How you feel is how a spirit can feel because you are also a spirit.

Whenever I thought about that today, I took the time to remind myself that this is how a spirit feels.

Interesting experience, it seemed really uplifting.

If you get a chance, give it a try.

I am interested in if or how it affects you. Have a great day.

Humanoid Ecosystem

Morning Meds; 6 22 19

In attempting to balance my competitive tendencies, I often find myself dangling from the tight rope.

Often, I’ve dropped the pole and felt as if I was hanging by my fingers over a cauldron of anger.

We are taught that it’s our competitive nature that drives us to be the best we can be, yet the best that we can be is usually a comparison of ourselves against another.

We can’t judge ourselves without passing judgment on someone or something else.

I personally don’t know how to navigate my way through this yet, but anything we seek we can always find answers.

The more I lament on what appears to be my weaker skills, the less opportunities I have to experience the skills I have.

We are all like plants in an ecosystem, I would say a garden, but a garden is a man-made judgment call.

The plants in a garden are always chosen and planted because of their contribution, the unwanted and misunderstood are weeded out.

If it were a human garden, we would refer to this as war.

We humans are not a garden, we are more of an ecosystem, we all contribute even if our contributions are unclear to ourselves or others.

Today I intend to be the plant I am and be content with my fragrance or lack of, my smoothness or my thorns, independence or clinginess, my beauty or plainness and not belittle others or myself because I am yet to see the whole pictures.

Entangled

Morning Meds; 6 21 19

I AM

Every subatomic particle of conscious energy entangled together that makes me, me.

I AM.

Every subatomic particle of conscious energy entangled together that makes you, you.

I AM.

Eternal indestructible energy, indivisibly entangled with a formless Consciousness that is

I AM.

A Snails Life

Morning Meds; 6 20 20

We are energy first and what we imagine ourselves to be second.

What we imagine ourselves to be determines how we see ourselves; it also demonstrates how we respond to our surroundings and how our surroundings respond to us.

If we see ourselves as snails, we live a snail’s life.

If we see ourselves as Gods, we live a life Devine.

Beyond the beyond at the edge of the of the sea of infinite possibility, at the waters of creation we always sit, perpetually imagining our existence.

Whether grand or small, liberating or confining, clear or cloudy, all things are possible, right before our open or closed eyes.

Don’t Build a Theater

Morning Meds; 6 20 19

Residual energy will dissipate if the source that produces it remains idle.

Repeatedly reliving negative events will continue to produce the same negative affects as when we first experienced them.

We can’t ignore the process of healing by stuffing it away, nor can you build a theater around it and move in.

The pathway marked Forgiveness For Everyone Involved is the road to healing.

Closing down the theater will help to dissipate the uncomfortable energy.

No reason to live in a self-inflicted hell.

Love is our core essence; temporary imbalances are normal and allow us to learn how to return to our core.

Prolonged imbalances reveal to us that we are out of harmony with our true essence.

We are created to function best when our energy resonates in harmony with the energy patterns of unconditional love.

Father’s Day 2020

Morning Meds 6 21 20

Father’s Day for me always reminds me of the wonderful family I have. We share a lot of love between us.

Family.

It could be that a family’s lifetimes together are but a simple game of providing assistance to help multiple souls learn certain/needed lessons.

It could be seen as a group of kindred souls, who out of love, agreed to band together to assist each other traverse another passage through the land of incarnation.

Each agreeing to provide what is needed to benefit the whole, no matter the earthly cost to themselves.

It seems the members who seem to cause the most dysfunction are also the ones who suffer the most by their own choices.

It could be they choose a very hard row to hoe, so that the rest could weed out unwanted responses.

It will be interesting to see what hindsight reveals when we regroup for another episode of family.

Whether their contribution is to teach forgiveness or to provide opportunities for other members to practice acts of forgiveness, each contribute to each other’s experience, for learning how to radiate love is always the end goal.

Family, no matter what it’s earthly appearance, is always a living example of love.

We are all in this together, family members just have a greater vested interest in helping us evolve.

Have a great Father’s/family day.
