Overflow

Morning Meds; 2 15 19

Rivers only overflow when their volume exceeds their boundaries.

Realizing and releasing greater volumes of unconditional love from our core into our daily lives is the greatest act we can do to help our love parched world.

We can help to relieve the drought by letting our love overflow and by removing our boundaries of bias, prejudice and exclusion.

Love and compassion are the greatest tools we have to help restore compassion and peace.

The Songs We Sing

Morning Meds; 2 13 20

As we balance our energies of darkness and light,

the songs of struggle we used to sing, fade from our hearts.

We hear the melodies of peace from beyond,

and beyond the beyond,

our light and darkness blend into one for the need for songs is gone.

Never Exiled

Morning Meds; 2 13 19

The confusion of contradictions or inconsistencies in our belief systems are the cracks that open the doors to liberation.

Our belief system should be a garden of growth not a prison of fear.

We are unconditionally loved; we will never be exiled for seeking truth and joy.

Think Yourself a Good One

Morning Meds; 2 12 19

The crystals encasing a caterpillar, is of its own making.

The world surrounding us, is but the reflections of our opinions.

We often fault western medicine and pharmaceutical companies for treating symptoms instead of causes.

If we spent time surgically removing malignant thoughts from our body of beliefs, many of their physical symptoms would fade away.

Thoughts are the energy that forms our days.

Think yourself a good day.

Unripened Fruit

Morning Meds; 2 11 19

Unripened fruit is sour, hard and unpalatable.

Liberating thoughts, new perspectives and changes to embedded beliefs are about as tasty.

Once they ripen, their sweetness can move one to tears.

We must allow ourselves time to change without critical self judgement.

The change of view is worth the effort.

Treat yourself like a loved one.
