Find It Within

Morning Meds; 4 6 21

We won’t find courage on a distant star.

We won’t find compassion floating on a cloud.

We can’t squeeze strength out of the air.

What we need is not in the out there, all the attributes we desire are within.

Like a hole in the ice, we have dived into the depths of our essence to find what we seek.

The depth of our essence is a bottomless sea of possibility and from these waters of Source consciousness we can have anything.

If we are not looking in the right place, we can’t expect to find what we seek.

Things seem to be outside of us because we find it difficult to imagine that an infinite universe exists within.

Collective Consciousness

Morning Meds; 4 6 20

The collective human consciousness pounds at our door.

Its luggage and baggage clinched in its arms.

It screams, “Let me in, I’m everywhere else.

I’ll share all my fears, I’ll offer advice.”

We choose who we let into our homes.

It’s our responsibility. It’s ours alone.

The collective consciousness of enlightened humanity knocks at our door.

Offering its gifts of healing, love and the truth that

NO ONE IS ALONE.

It whispers, “Let me in, I’ll share what I have. I’ll take what you offer I’ll pass it along.”

Open our heart, our mind, our soul.

Let’s share our wealth of healing and love, make it our goal.

Fill the arms of this courier of thought.

Let’s give back to the world, the wealth we were given.

Send out the knowledge that no one is ever alone.

We are eternally connected; we are basically one soul.

The strength of one can be the strength of all.

Lifting ourselves, lifts us all.

So many of us wish there were something they could do, there is, just be you.

Let’s whisper louder than the voice of fear.

Let’s rise to the challenge, that’s why we are here.

Tour the Worlds Within

Morning Meds; 4 5 20

We seldom use our imagination to its full potential. We are taught to look at spiritual things with seriousness, there is no place for fun.

The ancients wrote that it can’t be changed.

Let’s look at an old concept.

This is a tremendous time to run our chakras, starting at our root, ascending to our crown, with a bit of imagination.

When imagining our spinning disks of living energy, we can see them in any way we wish.

Our orbs can be small, or they can extend across infinite space, each a galaxy all its own.

A galaxy of root energy with endless planets to explore.

We can rise through the conduit of our spine and visit which ever galaxy that would best supply our wants or needs.

Visit and view our fertile heart chakra, infinite space just moments away filled with unconditional love.

We could look through our third eye like a telescope, see our creativity as a potential museum.

Beyond the journey through chakra there are endless pursuits within us.

All our past lives are being played in a theater nearby, grab a ticket and go.

Our Akashic records, find the door and walk on in.

Information about Deities in all their splendor.

Mythological beings, they may be more real than you believed them to be.

The homes of our Spirit guides, drop in for coffee, surprise them, you know they’d love to have you drop by.

Any troublesome personal concern is waiting there for you to explore.

Everything can be seen with new eyes, in a different light or from a different perspective.

Imagining things or ourselves in a new way opens the doors to new things and often easy solutions.

We imagine all the time, it’s no different than worry.

Worry is just the habit of imagining things with the wrong energy and we know how powerful that can be.

We can always sit, go within and explore the infinite space we are.

We came here fully equipped to get to where we chose to go this time around.

Source doesn’t do things halfway, take advantage of what is ours and explore the wonders of yourself.

Everything we need is inside.

Let’s share our love and wealth.

Apologizing to Yourself

Morning Meds; 4 4 19

I’ve heard the phrase, habitual thoughts, but I have never thought of thought patterns in terms of addiction before.

If you can have a thought relapse, I think I experienced one.

My addictive pattern could be summed up by Linda Ronstadt’s song, Your No Good.

Any growing experience is generally good no matter the discomfort.

When you are unkind to someone you usually apologize to clear the air and preserve the friendship.

I realized that I needed to apologize to myself for the thoughts I directed toward myself.

I had never felt that I needed to do that before.

The thought came in the form of the question, “Have you apologized to yourself for talking to yourself that way?”

That’s how you treat someone you love.

I am beyond grateful.

The relapse helped me see growth.

So, I ask you, do you think you’re important enough and love yourself enough to apologize to yourself when you’ve had a day of unkind self-criticism?

Or self-doubt?

Or fault finding?

Or I don’t measure up?

It’s a new thing for me and I plan to use when needed, hopefully not too often.

I thought it might be helpful to someone else.

Treat yourself like a loved one.

Focus On Love

Morning Meds; 4 4 20

In times of change it is paramount to stay focused on love.

The actions of love are forgiveness, compassion, inclusion, and generosity.

Unconditional Love is an energy, a frequency, a vibration, it is a spiritual law comparable to gravity.

It resonates from our core.

It is the gold standard by which the motives of actions and beliefs can always be examined to see how they resonate.

Love, the level of love beyond emotional standards, is our connective chord to Source.

It is the chord that unites us as one.

It is our umbilical.

It supersedes duality.

It is our ticket, our path and our protection to whatever awaits us as we pass through this transition.

Let’s share our love and spiritual wealth.

Share Our Love

Morning Meds; 4 3 20

Darkness, when imagined as the personified absence of light, always retreats when light ignites.

Fear, when seen as the personified absence of love,

Is always defeated when love arrives.

Light is the deterrent to darkness.

Love is the deterrent of fear.

Our true nature is light and love.

Let’s send love down the web work of interconnected spiritual consent, to those who seek divine encouragement.

Let’s share our love and light.
