Morning Meds; 12 26 19

This is fun.

See yourself seated. (Easy to do if your meditating)

Imagine/create a huge container in front and above you.

The bigger the better.

See your favorite Higher Power or Guide or Higher Self or Holy Spirit, whatever floats your boat, holding the container.

Into the container pour equal amounts of,

the thick honey like substance we call faith.

The sweet soothing scent of the infinite unconditional love.

Drawn from the flowers in the center of our Creator’s heart.

Plus, peaceful fluids of divine realization.

It provides the awareness that we are perfectly made, perfectly safe, perfectly perfect.

Let it steep for as long as you need.

Imagine this warm energy expression of the fullness of Source being poured down over you by whomever is holding the container.

It penetrates, saturates and stimulates, every physical and spiritual cell in your body.

Imagine Source looking at you, pointing and saying,

“Oh, my infinite goodness! This has to be one of the most beautiful pastries I have ever created. Dibs on this one, it’s mine!”

Wonderful way to start the day.

Does your Higher whatever, ever sound like Robbin Williams and if so, is that a good thing?

Unconditional love sure allows for a lot more fun.

It’s easier to learn to grant others and us forgiveness, than to expect others or ourselves to live perfectly.

Morning Meds. 12 26 18

To purposely choose to live in a harmless way is a conscious lifestyle choice.

If we were to make that choice, one way to practice that lifestyle would be to begin on the inside.

Harmlessness starts with treating yourself as a loved one.

It is practicing acceptance of where we see ourselves to be and without fail, always sending unconditional love to every alleged failing.

This allows us to learn how to be harmless to ourselves and others.

Harmless, in the sense of critical judgments against ourselves and the ensuing conversations.

We practice on ourselves so we can spread it to others.

Unconditional love is not an emotion, unconditional love is an energetic spiritual law, just like gravity is a physical law.

Our feelings of love are as close as we can get to it as a natural emotion.

We are just at a loss as how to describe it.

It is a place beyond duality, that’s why conditions disappear.

It’s not love despite conditions, it’s just love.

It is a presence you can experience in meditation.

It is our home.

It is the fullness of what searchers have experienced as the great Void, God, Source, Tao.

It is the living energy of quantum physics.

Unconditional Love is the I Am.

We are all 100% I Am energy.

Treat yourself in a harmless way, send yourself unconditional love and allow it to spread.

Morning Meds 12 25 21

The energy we emit affects those around us like soft music playing in the background or fingernails on a chalkboard.

Our eyes process light waves.

Our ears process sound waves.

Our sense of smell processes the air.

Our sense of taste processes what we eat.

Our sense of touch processes our physical surroundings.

Our heart processes the emotions within us and the emotions of those around us.

Everyone knows someone who light up a room when they enter and those who presence hits the dimmer switch.

An easy way to make the world a better place is to create a better place in ourselves.

Let the energy we emit help make our surroundings a pleasant place to be by choosing to love ourselves.

Learning how to do that is often a conscious choice and requires a bit of patience and effort.

Morning Meds; 12 25 18

The best gift to give at Christmas is forgiveness. Give it to yourself first, then pass it on.

Grievances, resentments, perceived hurts and fears, are like stones in the basket of a hot air balloon.

Holding onto them only holds us down.

Throw them out and let the gift of love lift us up.

We are all connected.

Always start with yourself and pass it on. You learn to forgive others by learning to forgive yourself.

Have a Merry Christmas.

Let love prevail.

The three petals of this triquetra are love, gratitude and servitude.

They flow like the figure 8 infinity sign, one into the other.

Gratitude is the anchor that reminds us of where we’ve been.

Love is everything, it is the living energy of all there is.

Servitude is the attitude that grounds us to Earth and needs of humanity.

We are never above the needs of humanity, for we are humanity.

Each of us are just one of the all, another’s needs are just our own unrealized.

Let the energy of this day be about what it hopes to represent, unconditional love.

It’s not about how our views agree or conflict.

We have an opportunity to be grateful, to love one another and to give of ourselves.

Thank you for being in this world.

Merry Christmas

Morning Meds; 12 24 21

My four-year-old granddaughter is always quick to share with me any new boo boos she has acquired since I have seen her last.

Thank goodness most are just small common wear and tear owies.

It seems many of us carry on this tradition into adulthood.

We keep the pains we have experienced alive through constant reminiscence.

Like picking at a healing wound, our constant attention slows the healing process.

Some things need to be released instead of shared if we wish for them to heal.

Benevolence is manifested love.

Morning Meds; 12 23 19

If I found a Genie’s bottle

That is, if they truly do exist.

I would ask for expanded realization,

That would be my lone request.

With expanded realization

I would realize that genies exist,

and the bottle that contains them,

Is the heart within my chest.

We have all we need within ourselves,

we came fully equipped.

We simply need to ask for

expanded realization.

We can know what we knew before

we came into this world,

just ask.

We shine like the arc on the tip of a welding rod, suspended between earth and heaven.

Above us an inverted pyramid funnels in the yang energy of Source.

Below us a pyramid funnels up the energy of earth, yin.

The gap between the points, we call now.

The blended energy shoots from us into the void, where it is revitalized and returns to the funnels of Source’s love.

Thus, we exist in an eternal hourglass, forever changing and being renewed.
