God is Energy

Morning Meds 10/2/2024
The Tao gives birth to One.
The One gives birth to Two.
The Two give birth to Three.
The Three give birth to the ten thousand things… (Tao Te Ching, 42.)

God is energy in all its varied forms,
whether expressed or unexpressed.

It’s the source of all things.
The darkness of the Great Void, and
the splendor of the manifested.

It’s the ceremony performed by any religion or group.
The thoughts created by any creature, and the sound of any voice.

It’s the silence of space.
The wholeness of a raindrop and
the fullness of a breeze.

It’s the rage in the murderer’s heart.
The tear in the sympathetic eye and
the healing in a healers hand.

It’s the disbelief of truth.
The doubt in the saint’s heart and
the faith in an atheist’s argument.

It’s the security of family.
The ache of loneliness and
the warmth of companionship.

There isn’t anything that isn’t God.

It’s the evil and the good.
The wrong and the right and
the true and the false.

It’s everything that exists or is yet to exist.
It’s impossible to be separated from God, and
we are all one in its completeness.

Artworks

Religions are the artwork that hangs in the museum of humanity’s quest.

Each is an attempt by humanity to paint a picture of Source.

It is easy to criticize the artwork, but each attempt portrays the inherent longings of man.

Every culture or civilization have within them an internal homing device calling them search for where humanity originated.
