Spirituality is so much sweeter once you realize that there’s so much more to it, than an endless attempt to placate the Almighty.
The Almighty’s perpetual angry towards me seems a distant nightmare and the need for fear absurd.
In gratitude I can melt into the peace of knowing that I am always unconditionally loved.

Faith is where the illogical become believable and a new set of standards for what is possible is raised. Outcomes are based on things unseen and undefinable.
To help the transition it is necessary to start with believable truths that can be expanded until they can include the illogical as possible options.
Beliefs that are contradictory need to be questioned until they become doubts.

When we receive a bit of new information, transformation or altered vibrational essence, it takes a bit for our energy ball to acclimate.
That pesky need for patience is often necessary.
We have to rest in the knowledge that all is well, even when it feels negative, frightening or difficult.
We are loved completely, and our essence is an indestructible force.
We just have to hang in there sometimes.

The who you were in your many past lives paved the way for who you are today.
Our essence, our core, our heart has been there for all of them.
When in doubt, listen to your heart.
You are filled with the wisdom of the ages.

I typed two letters, an o and a r which makes the word or.
Together they formed the symbolic markings in English that represents a choice or possible outcomes.
The combined letters that precede this word and follow this word will describe the options.
Each thought we think is like a letter.
They are expressions of our beliefs.
How we combine these separate little expressions creates the context of how we view and experience our world.
We type out the stories of our life with each stroke of our thoughts.
We usually only look at the big picture, we seldom look at all the individual events that brought the scene into being, but it is the separate letters or thoughts that formed the story.

The spa of meditation, where you bathe your soul in silence, pamper your heart with peace and massage your vibrations back into sync.

Sometimes after you wake from dreaming it can take a while to shake the emotional feelings it produced.
I had one, not a bad dream, but it had the energy level of a traffic jam.
I did my meditation and still felt the chaoticness.
If you have had this happen to you, you might try this.
I went back into the dream like I was standing in a room and slowly erased it.
Almost like a fog, I started at the north end of the dreamscape and let the fog dissolve each thing in the dream.
The fog passed by me and through me to the south wall and out into a parking lot.
I watched it till it reached the horizon line.
I was left standing in a clear, white blank space.
The chaotic energy was gone.
Our imagination is powerful tool.
Hope this might be helpful to someone.

The silence of meditation is the blank paper new thoughts are drawn upon after the scribbles of business are erased, it’s essential.

Our greatness lies in who and what we are, not in what we have or haven’t done.
Condemning ourselves and others for things done or not done create spiritual blockages.
We become tethered to a negative experience.
Forgiveness is the key that unlocks us from the past and releases us to move forward.
Forgiveness of ourselves and others is an act of love we give to ourselves.
…forgiveness…
