Share Your Talents

Morning Meds; 8 27 19

Mozart couldn't have written Handel's Messiah, Bach couldn't have written Beethoven's symphonies, Stevie Ray Vaughan doesn't play guitar like Eric Clapton.
On and on and on...
The comparisons are endless, yet these and countless others are the masters in the world of music.
All as different as snowflakes, but a common thread makes them similar, they choose to share themselves with the world.
Within each of us is a skill, a talent, an ability that is uniquely ours, it is waiting to be shared with the world too.
It might not be as grand and showy as music masters, but it is just as important to those around you.
Depriving the world of yourself, is a loss to all.
We are all magnificent creative eternal spirits masquerading as humans.

Tuning Yourself

Morning Meds; 8 26 19

No matter how high the quality of a musical instrument, it must be finely tuned for it to sound beautiful.

It’s sound must be matched to a tuning fork, a pitch pipe or an electric tuner.

Stringed instruments use tuning pegs to set the strings to their proper tautness.

We are fine quality instruments of the highest kind.

The vibrations from the core of our heart is our turning fork.

Our beliefs and thoughts are our tuning pegs.

Our inner and external actions is the performance we share with the world.

Meditation allows us the opportunity retune ourselves.

Gratitude Statements

Morning Meds; 8 26 20

A practice of trying to mentally make a gratitude statement about all the little things that are going right in your day creates momentum for the times when it seems things are going wrong.

For instance;

I’m glad the car started.

I’m glad I am not getting a flat.

I’m glad the kids aren’t sick.

I’m glad my toe doesn’t hurt, if it doesn’t.

I’m glad my phone is working, the chair I usually sit in is comfortable and my wife is a great cook.

Cheer yourself up with gratitude.

Turn what you take for granted into an gratitude moment.

Thousand Armed Octopus

Morning Meds; 8 25 19

I was fighting a thousand armed octopus, my life in disarray.

I saw the chance to climb into it’s heart and I fell in love with me.

We are unconditionally loved, always.

Loving and accepting ourselves allows us to unconditionally love and accept others, we are our own training ground.

Don’t waste a day not loving yourself.

Practice the compassionate acts of acceptance, forgiveness, patience and love.

Treat yourself like a loved one.

Our Ability To Imagine

Morning Meds; 8 24 19

What is strong in us or weak in us, is the product of what we believe.

Present moment is always just a informational gauge of our present beliefs.

Our ability to imagine, how we see ourselves, whether it is as more or as less, sets our boundaries.

Our realization is only the floating tip of the iceberg, beneath the surface is infinite possibilities.

Conspiracies

Morning Meds; 8 22 19

So many conspiracies, so many conspiring to do us harm.

It feeds the world of fear and transforms many into victims.

A greater conspiracy exists, one that counters all the others.

It’s the universe conspiring to help us, always calling us home.

Always giving help, always sharing love.

We can choose not to be victims to the energy of fear.

We can exercise our freewill and rest in the truth that Source continually conspires to reveal the unconditional love that is available to us.

Meditative Opportunities

Morning Meds; 8 21 19

Our inner core contains all we were, are and everthing we could possibly become.

Each imaginative meditative journey provides a opportunity to

revive our memories,

reveal a truth,

return an ability,

resurrect parts forgotten,

receive answers to questions.

All we need is within our core.

Our cores are all connected.

We are all one.

Ganesha’s Visit

Morning Meds: 8 20 19

One of the the largest block we can face is self-doubt, it’s frequency counteracts and neutralizes faith.

We can retune ourselves through meditation, which can revives our realization of who and what we are.

When I started my meditation I was aware of my self-doubt and how persistent it seems.

I was attempting to raise my vibrations and find the silence.

Suddenly, I imagined Ganesha, the four armed elephant, a protecter of souls, from Hinduism.

She showed up unannounced and unexpected, I could feel her huge form behind me.

She whispered in my ear, asking if I wished to climb into her elephant form, it would be as if I were putting on a suit.

I thought I can lean forward away from this offer or I can lean back.

As I leaned back accepting the invite she said, “Here, you can borrow my self-esteem for awhile.

That way you can familiarize yourself with how it feels. Your vibrations can retune themselves to mine.”

Imagination is a powerful tool, we underestimate it’s usefulness.

It’s all in my mind? l guess that could be true, but I sure enjoy the goosebumps I get everytime I think about it.

How powerful is imagination?

Just as powerful as worry, they are one in the same.

We might as will imagine miracles instead of pain.
