Let’s Let Together

Morning Meds; 3 13 20

Why do we battle darkness when all we need to do is turn on the light?

Darkness recedes as quickly as light advances.

How quickly?

At the speed of light of course.

Let’s let our core essence shine.

Let’s be the solution we inherently are.

We are all in this together.

Let’s fill this world with light.

Our Posse’s Voices

Morning Meds; 3 12 19

We are never alone.

Just beyond our busy mind, a silence awaits.

In that quiet, the loving voices of all we have ever been and all the who’s we could ever be, can be heard.

With them, is our posse of helpers, waiting to give their all in our behalf.

Wanting to provide guidance, waiting to lighten our load.

We are connected to every speck of consciousness that has ever existed.

We are eternal.

We are light.

We only imagine ourselves alone when the sounds of busy, blocks our view and we allow the voice of fear to speak louder than the truth of the silence.

We are all in this together.

Ukraine 2

I commented on a post on a Facebook, someone in Ukraine asking advice on how to face death. It is a sad reality to see, not that it is a new reality, but it is a new war in a different location. It has all the trappings that comes with any war, acts of man’s inhumanities to man.

It has all the right conditions, if compared to hurricanes, to become a stage five war. There is the possibility of it spilling over into neighboring areas. All it takes is one overzealous idiot to add the next needed act of stupidity.

Tragically we choose competition over cooperation, fear over love, tribalism over unity, distrust over trust, rejection over acceptance, exclusion over inclusion. We can only hope that this hurricane of change can in some way help humanity to embrace beliefs that would lead to peace.

Here is a pale attempt to offer advice to a complete stranger on how one prepares to face death. …

I am setting in a chair in complete safety. I do not have tanks in the front yard, nor hunger and fear gnawing within, nor shattered neighborhoods with injured family members and compatriots. I am not huddled in the cold with no utilities. My life has not been ripped away. I am not separated from my family nor concerned about their immediate safety. My thoughts on how one can face the possibility of death may be of little help to you or those in Ukraine.

Every religion has Its own set of opinions. Your belief system offers hope as to what is the best course of action to help you quell the uncertainties and the fears generated.

Only those things that you truly believe can be changed into tangible results. Within you are those answers.

Cling to Whatever or Whomever it is you see as your Creator and allow Whatever or Whomever that is comfort you as a mother would a child. Find that essence of love that keeps your beliefs alive and wrap it around you as a blanket.

Most likely my ego would like to add, I would prefer to die bravely, knowing that just beyond that moment all will be fine, but I don’t think a life will be judged by its final reaction and it is easy to imagine that from the safety of a warm chair.

I believe we never die; we just transition our spirit/soul back to a nonphysical form. At the instance of release, we are immersed back into the realization that we are unconditionally loved. The warmth and comfort of that infinite reality soothes all the pain and fear.

We will see this human experience as a dream. A dream of ups and downs, joyfulness and nightmares. Beyond this experience there is total bliss where we can reminisce with those who have transitioned ahead of us. The terminology for that experience varies with each belief system.

You have a world of various beliefs praying for this nightmare to end. Their Whatever or Whomever and mine always hears our requests. Let’s also pray that those involved are listening as well and what they embrace as a Higher Power will speak loudly enough so they too can hear.

Sending love.

Emptiness

Morning Meds; 3 11 19

At our core, we are 100% Source energy.

Both the Buddhists and the Hindus believe that the fullest manifestation of this energy is total emptiness, a great void.

I wonder if it is what Lao Tzu was referring to in the eleventh chapter of the Tao Te Ching.

We join spokes together in a wheel, but it is the center hole that makes the wheel move.

We shape clay into a pot, but it is the emptiness inside that holds whatever we want.

We hammer wood for a house, but it is the inner space that makes it livable.

We work with being, but non-being is what we use.

Sleeping Oak

Morning Meds; 3 9 19

I saw myself a giant ancient Oak, sleeping in the wake of winter.

Every limb, every branch, every twig, deep in slumber.

Every node, who’d ever birthed a leaf, then stirred in spring’s embrace.

Deep within, the life force flowed, stirring consciousness awake.

I saw every node, where life once thrived, as doors to experienced past lives.

All the blooms and leaves, waiting to grow, just lives waiting to be embraced.

We have access to a countless number of leaves and beyond that, countless trees.

Anything we need is waiting on the length of our branches.

We are a forest, a forest of energy.

We are a forest of energy, breathing life into our temporary home.

May we have enough compassion to let each of us rest in each other’s embrace.
