We can believe that we are vulnerable to outside negative energies or
we can believe that we are so filled with light that the positive will repel all danger.
Both views can be completely accurate, we are beings of free will and choice.
We can decide which end of the magnet we choose to experience. .
A dragon graced me with it’s presence as I drove home from work.
It nearly stretched from horizon to horizon.
It was poorly disguised as a cloud.
It’s nostrils, eyes, mouth, head and neck exposed,
clearly seen,
the great body unfurling behind in a continuous white flutter.
I was so awe struck
I pulled over to capture it’s picture, but by the time I stopped it was gone.
It’s absence told by the blue appearing between the separating clouds.
They are such an elusive creature, seemingly impossible to capture.

We sometimes need to request new eyes so we can view our world in a new way.
Our beliefs color our perception in the same way tinted sunglasses tint what we see.
Clarity of vision comes with the realization of who and what we truly are.

Send love to your negative, uncomfortable, unbearable emotions.
Realize that sending love to yourself, heals.
Learning to unconditionally love ourselves teaches how to love others.
Discomfort is just an indicator for change.
If it were not for the nerve sensors in our hands, we would never feel the flame to move our hands.
If not for uncomfortable emotions we would never search out a solution.

My mom completed her journey today at 2:20 PM. She had clothed herself with the cloak of Alzheimer’s and slowly disappeared from view. She was women of tenacity and strength, it was an honor to have shared 62 years of my life with her. She taught me honesty, hard work and kindness. She gave her heart to God and never wavered in her commitment. She was one of those, who gave Christianity a good name. She demonstrating love for God first, love for others second and love of personal gain last. From her I learned that spiritual health is your first priority, if that’s preserved, all else will fall into place. I was not always the best student, son or even a person, but she never condemned, withheld love or doubted the power of prayer. I know that her mentoring, unconditional love and constant belief that God would win me over is why I sit here filled with peace, hope and love. Although our beliefs are not identical, she introduced me to the creator of all things and the source of unconditional love. What more could one ask of a mother. We will meet again and together we will celebrate. I’m happy for her, she is free and celebrating now. Thank you mom, for your life.
Morning Meds;
Truths are an opinion believed.
Differing opinions can create division and often violence.
Maybe, we aren’t here to find absolute truth?
Maybe, this human experience is to learn how to love everyone
no matter what truth they choose to believe?

Like the invisible vapors raising from the sea and reforming as dew drops on the surrounding flora, our thoughts and beliefs proceed us, forming our reality.

Emotions and thoughts are the bubbles of our existence.
They provide fizz to our lives.
Traumatic thoughts and happy thoughts bubble away,
but at our center
there is always the anchor of
peace, stillness and safety.
