Our Posse’s Voices

Morning Meds; 3 12 19

We are never alone.

Just beyond our busy mind, a silence awaits.

In that quiet, the loving voices of all we have ever been and all the who’s we could ever be, can be heard.

With them, is our posse of helpers, waiting to give their all in our behalf.

Wanting to provide guidance, waiting to lighten our load.

We are connected to every speck of consciousness that has ever existed.

We are eternal.

We are light.

We only imagine ourselves alone when the sounds of busy, blocks our view and we allow the voice of fear to speak louder than the truth of the silence.

We are all in this together.

Emptiness

Morning Meds; 3 11 19

At our core, we are 100% Source energy.

Both the Buddhists and the Hindus believe that the fullest manifestation of this energy is total emptiness, a great void.

I wonder if it is what Lao Tzu was referring to in the eleventh chapter of the Tao Te Ching.

We join spokes together in a wheel, but it is the center hole that makes the wheel move.

We shape clay into a pot, but it is the emptiness inside that holds whatever we want.

We hammer wood for a house, but it is the inner space that makes it livable.

We work with being, but non-being is what we use.

Sleeping Oak

Morning Meds; 3 9 19

I saw myself a giant ancient Oak, sleeping in the wake of winter.

Every limb, every branch, every twig, deep in slumber.

Every node, who’d ever birthed a leaf, then stirred in spring’s embrace.

Deep within, the life force flowed, stirring consciousness awake.

I saw every node, where life once thrived, as doors to experienced past lives.

All the blooms and leaves, waiting to grow, just lives waiting to be embraced.

We have access to a countless number of leaves and beyond that, countless trees.

Anything we need is waiting on the length of our branches.

We are a forest, a forest of energy.

We are a forest of energy, breathing life into our temporary home.

May we have enough compassion to let each of us rest in each other’s embrace.

A Visit from Joy

Morning Meds; 3 9 20

Beauty is the unexpected impossible droplets of linked events that can happen in our life.

One of the obstacles I choose for myself in this incarnation was/is overcoming depression.

Habitual thoughts and feelings still arise at times.

3/1… during meditation I requested a Spirit of Joy to visit me, I thought that’s what I needed.

3/2 … I dreamt,

I was on a deck, attached to an A frame house. The deck was a slate blue/grey. That means something to me. Next, I was on the top of the roof and some people were throwing rocks up to me. I caught a couple of them and then they threw up a green stone, which was just a bit out of reach.

I recognized the stone, it’s one I use in connection with my heart chakra. (I think that it symbolizes the need for me to fall back to the Heart Sutra for a while.)

Then I was back on the deck, and I saw someone climbing down the roof, I hurried over to help her down. Taking her hand, I helped her onto the deck. I realized it was my friend Angie.

Angie at age 21 choose to leave this world 18 years ago, a casualty of depression. Her middle name is Joy.

I don’t think it is Angie exactly, but it is a recognizable symbol that my request was heard. Couldn’t have been delivered by a sweeter soul. Pretty cool.

Sunday, my wife Cheryl and I went to a meditation/ past life regression class, conducted by a friend of ours. In one of the sessions, we did a, find your guide journey.

In the visualization I saw this face I hadn’t seen before. It was a golden face surrounded by what looked like seven golden flower petals. It shimmered.

As it progressed, she seemed to turn into a sunflower like essence. Her gown had green sleeves like dandelions leaves, the rest of her stayed a glowing golden yellow.

She was to give me a box, which she did. It was about a foot long and shaped like a giant Sunflower seed. I still am in the process of finding out what to do with it.

I did eat it, I also planted it in my heart, but I think there is more. It felt real good.

When I get a symbol that doesn’t trigger a thought and I’m not sure of a meaning, I look it up in a dream book. This is what it said, Sunflowers specifically stands for Spiritual Joy.

How cool is that. Like I said, beauty is the unexpected, impossible droplets of linked events that can happen in our lives.

There is so much available to us when we ask. We are loved completely just the way we are.

Alchemist Worm Dreams

Morning Meds. 3 7 19

Two shaman worms had identical dreams.

In the dream each were standing in a circle of divine light skillfully juggling three orbs of energy.

When they awoke, the first worm felt saddened by the dream.

“What a strange dream. Me, juggling? Ha, that’s a laugh.”

The other worm, laughed with joy and thought,

“Wow! I didn’t know! I have arms!”
