Broadcast Love

Morning Meds 3 19 20

Let’s send thoughts of love, fearlessness and spiritual clarity to the collective consciousness of humanity.

Every little bit helps and may the grace be equal to the need.

We are one huge energy mass sharing a planet and many of us are in need, broadcast love for and to all.

Let’s share our wealth.

Tending Our Garden

Morning Meds; 3 18 19

I read somewhere, the word cultivation, would have more accurately captured the Asian meaning of the practice of meditation.

It is more than the process of quieting our mind.

The time spent meditating, cultivates our mind, soul and spirit, like tending a garden.

Like a garden, new insights are like tender sprouts springing into view.

New insights, like tender sprouts, need to be nurtured with love and care to help them mature so we can savor their sweet flavor when we can fully apply them to our lives.

Lao-tzu Laughs in the Background

Morning Meds; 3 17 19

Tao te Ching 36. To expand we must become infinitely small.

Our essence, our core, the what we truly are, is not a thought or a thing.

It is the consciousness the births the thought, the consciousness that imagines the thing.

Yesterday I wrote about the difference between passing through a difficulty compared to pushing against one.

We are essence.

One thought opens the door to a new one and oh the spender.

I’ve been asking to see my core, today I saw a glimpse.

Rumor has it, that 99% of our universe is empty space.

If a single atom was the size of a house, the next closest atom might be a mile away.

Lots of empty space.

We are the empty space between the atoms.

We are nothingness, the unmanifested potential, Lao-tzu’s non-being.

His indescribable, Tao.

As nothingness, we are everything and everywhere.

As nothingness, we are not passing through the world, the world is passing through us.

Being all the empty space of infinity means our center is anywhere and everywhere.

There is nowhere we are not, yet we are nowhere.

As the empty space between all the atoms of manifested energy, we are inside every rock, plant, animal and human on this planet.

We are truly connected.

We can feel another’s pain or joy.

We are truly one at our core.

We are not only a part of every space in the universe, we are also every empty space in the universe.

As empty space, any physical condition is accessible, any troubling thoughts approachable, we are boundless.

Lao-tzu laughed in celebration with me this mornings.

Ask to see your core essence and don’t be surprised to find nothing there.

Information 1

Morning meds; 3 16 22

I often get a word in the morning when I get up and when I meditate, I receive more.

That’s where Morning Meds came from.

I could go back through my journals and find what word preceded each post.

As covid descended across the world, I continued to meditate and received things to write, but most of them no longer came as an easily deliverable message.

Most of them were more personal and informational.

Things I hope to be able to compile and share in a more organized format after I retire. (10 weeks from now, but who’s counting)

I am trained to help facilitate what is called past life regressions.

This practice helps people to journey into their past and allows them to pick up information that can be useful in this lifetime.

My home page contains information about one I experienced.

As far as helping others it is still new to me and seeing I am just learning I have uncertainties.

I have an appointment with someone in the near future.

His beliefs are different than my own so that too creates new uncertainties, uncertainty as to how to honor his beliefs and also honor my own.

Wondering about that before I went to bed last night, the word I received this morning was bias, this is what came afterwards.

Bias calculations into the unknown without the equations or formulas creates a mystery to be followed.

No one can wander into another’s reality expecting to know the answers or truly know what they will find.

It has to be done with an eye on love and a soft touch not to disturb the equilibrium of the individual’s balance between your beliefs and acceptance of their beliefs.

Balance between the validity of their fears.

Most come to someone because they believe they can’t see or that they see things they don’t understand.

You can’t tell someone they are blind or delusional.

It is always possible that it is you that is delusional or blind.

The meeting of two consciousnesses is a gift of sharing information and insights with each other.

The meeting of two consciousnesses is an opportunity to learn.

You will have brought to you who is most beneficial to their evolution.

Your criteria is it has to be love.

That is your key point, and it may not be the others need at this time in their growth.

You must maintain what is true to your essence but let them find a way to express theirs or find theirs if they are still unsure of what it might be.

Walk softly when entering another’s heart and soul.

You are in another’s home, treat it with respect and kindness.

Boundless

Morning Meds; 3 16 19

When we can take any identity, we have ever imagined ourselves to be, slip it off like a garment and let it fall, we are beginning to see what we truly are.

We are essence, space, nondescript infinite energy, vapor.

We are like the fragrance of a flower, floating on a breeze.

We are everything and nothing all at the same time.

We are one with the intelligent energy of Consciousness.

We are I Am.

Our cherished human identities are just part of an eternal masquerade party.

We push against personal dilemmas as if we are confronted with solid barriers.

Solving many of them is as easy as the difference between, pushing against, compared to, simply passing through.

Like water passing through sand, smoke through a screen, a ghost through a wall.

As we realize our true nature, we become boundless.

Our Autobiographies

Morning Meds; 3 15 19

Our autobiography begins at birth and ends as we pass.

The parts we decide to dwell on have the greatest impact.

In our uniqueness we develop certain traits that we use to define ourselves.

Some of these traits lose their usefulness as we age.

It is easy to believe that something about us is unchangeable, even though we no longer want it.

Change is always possible and sometimes the only way to facilitate change is to let go of some of our defining traits.

An old dog can learn new tricks.

Continually Flashing

Morning Meds; 3 14 19

In my limited knowledge about quantum physics my understanding is that the packets of energy that comprise the elements of our world, continually flash in and out of expression.

Water for instance, expresses itself as H2O then returns to infinite potential.

That same packet of energy could express itself as a atom of carbon in the next instance and so it goes.

A whole universe of fluctuating energy.

A universe with a base core of unlimited potential.

Take a good look at your core, do you see your potential?

None of us are locked into some expression of human energy that we have to continue with.

We’ve already fluctuated innumerable times since we started reading this.

Our thoughts are the guiding light to change.
