Grief

Morning Meds; 3 14 20

Grief is difficult to release because it is the same love, we held for another, tainted with sadness.

To release the sadness, it feels as if we are releasing the love that filled our heart.

If we can separate them, we can retain the love and release the sadness.

That being said, it is necessary to refill the energetic void that lingers, with new love.

We are unconditional love, for we are one with Source, we can tap into our inherent love and let it rise within and spread it to others.

We reap love when we sow love.

Let love to refill our hearts.

Visual Reality

Morning Meds; 3 13 19

Rumor has it, that it’s possible that everything we see and respond to, is created by us.

All of this is a grand illusion.

If that’s the case, I wonder if when we reincarnate and we are slipping into a new another human shell, is a bit like slipping on a new pair of visual reality glasses?

Sure seems real sometimes.

Hope you are enjoying the show you’ve created.

Let’s Let Together

Morning Meds; 3 13 20

Why do we battle darkness when all we need to do is turn on the light?

Darkness recedes as quickly as light advances.

How quickly?

At the speed of light of course.

Let’s let our core essence shine.

Let’s be the solution we inherently are.

We are all in this together.

Let’s fill this world with light.

Our Posse’s Voices

Morning Meds; 3 12 19

We are never alone.

Just beyond our busy mind, a silence awaits.

In that quiet, the loving voices of all we have ever been and all the who’s we could ever be, can be heard.

With them, is our posse of helpers, waiting to give their all in our behalf.

Wanting to provide guidance, waiting to lighten our load.

We are connected to every speck of consciousness that has ever existed.

We are eternal.

We are light.

We only imagine ourselves alone when the sounds of busy, blocks our view and we allow the voice of fear to speak louder than the truth of the silence.

We are all in this together.

Emptiness

Morning Meds; 3 11 19

At our core, we are 100% Source energy.

Both the Buddhists and the Hindus believe that the fullest manifestation of this energy is total emptiness, a great void.

I wonder if it is what Lao Tzu was referring to in the eleventh chapter of the Tao Te Ching.

We join spokes together in a wheel, but it is the center hole that makes the wheel move.

We shape clay into a pot, but it is the emptiness inside that holds whatever we want.

We hammer wood for a house, but it is the inner space that makes it livable.

We work with being, but non-being is what we use.

Sleeping Oak

Morning Meds; 3 9 19

I saw myself a giant ancient Oak, sleeping in the wake of winter.

Every limb, every branch, every twig, deep in slumber.

Every node, who’d ever birthed a leaf, then stirred in spring’s embrace.

Deep within, the life force flowed, stirring consciousness awake.

I saw every node, where life once thrived, as doors to experienced past lives.

All the blooms and leaves, waiting to grow, just lives waiting to be embraced.

We have access to a countless number of leaves and beyond that, countless trees.

Anything we need is waiting on the length of our branches.

We are a forest, a forest of energy.

We are a forest of energy, breathing life into our temporary home.

May we have enough compassion to let each of us rest in each other’s embrace.
