Send yourself love

Morning Meds; 10 15 18

Send love to your negative, uncomfortable, unbearable emotions.

Realize that sending love to yourself, heals.

Learning to unconditionally love ourselves teaches how to love others.

Discomfort is just an indicator for change.

If it were not for the nerve sensors in our hands, we would never feel the flame to move our hands.

If not for uncomfortable emotions we would never search out a solution.

In memory of

10 14 18

My mom completed her journey today at 2:20 PM. She had clothed herself with the cloak of Alzheimer’s and slowly disappeared from view. She was women of tenacity and strength, it was an honor to have shared 62 years of my life with her. She taught me honesty, hard work and kindness. She gave her heart to God and never wavered in her commitment. She was one of those, who gave Christianity a good name. She demonstrating love for God first, love for others second and love of personal gain last. From her I learned that spiritual health is your first priority, if that’s preserved, all else will fall into place. I was not always the best student, son or even a person, but she never condemned, withheld love or doubted the power of prayer. I know that her mentoring, unconditional love and constant belief that God would win me over is why I sit here filled with peace, hope and love. Although our beliefs are not identical, she introduced me to the creator of all things and the source of unconditional love. What more could one ask of a mother. We will meet again and together we will celebrate. I’m happy for her, she is free and celebrating now. Thank you mom, for your life.

Fear/Love

Fears greatest power is in our imagined future.

It removes us from our now.

It wears its disguise of prudence

It whispers of things that could go wrong

It hums a tune

We sing along

Writing the lyrics of dismay

Loves greatest power is in our now

It connects us to what is

It authentic, nothing to hide

It isolates the moment

Fills it with joy

Our heart sings songs of hope.

Enjoy the Library

Morning Meds; 10 13 19

Seeing all of humanity as one continuous connected expression of Consciousness is difficult.

Here’s a mental picture that may be helpful.

Your standing in a huge library.

All the shelves are filled with books.

Each book is different than the others.

Every subject and interest know to man is dispersed among the volumes of endless literature.

Each book is a human experience, a record of past, present and future.

Your a book, I’m a book, everyone’s a book.

No book is better than another, yet we all have our preferences about which books we choose to spend our time with.

Although many of the books seem to be completely different, the author of each book in the library is connected.

We are all an expression of the Author of All.

Enjoy the library.

We Are Energy

Morning Meds; 10 13 18

We are energy.

We are like a vapor, passing through a mist, within a cloud called Consciousness.

Nothing is fixed, everything is fluid.

We are not trapped, bound or imprisoned.

Nothing can constrain us, save a belief in constraint.

We have already been given all the keys to emotional, physical and spiritual liberty.

They are living in our core.

We only need to search.

Ancient Eternal Beings

Morning Meds; 10 12 21

We are ancient eternal beings.

We our consciousness masquerading as humans.

We have woven our way through the eyelets of imagined time repeatedly appearing and disappearing like stitches, on this small blue ball.

We are indestructible, uncontainable, unstoppable, formless, eternal essences of light and love.

We are 100% consciousness.

If our sun, in however many years, does have a supernova and our solar system is cooked like crumbs in the bottom of a toaster,

we will still exist.

Ancient eternal beings.
