Chakra shaft

Morning Meds; 10 19 19

Have you floated through your chakras lately,

from your root to your shimmering crown?

Then looked down through your center shaft,

back into the primordial void?

Have you shifted your sight up and out,

to see the endless heaven?

We’re not bound,

nor trapped,

nor held in check,

infinite possibilities awaits our requests.

All our needs are already met,

easily within our grasp.

A corridor of love runs from head to toes,

it leads to all there is,

there’s no reason to settle for less.

Beneath our surface

Morning Meds; 10 19 18

Faith is the relaxed confidence that below the surface, all is well.

Fire heats long before you see the water simmer.

The miracle of metamorphosis is covered by a cocoon.

New spourts take shape within the seed.

We continually grow, sometimes it takes time to surface.

“Good Enough”

Morning Meds 10 18 21

A dream:

A two or three year old girl in a summer dress, white, with blue flowers, walks up, face to face.

She puts out her hand, her fingers gripping something small, pointing towards the ground.

Instinctively I reach out my hand, palm up for her to drop whatever she has into mine.

She does, it is so small that I can’t see it.

She looks into my eyes and says, “Your good enough.”

‐‐—–‐——

Nice way to be awakened.

It’s my practice to always meditate on my dreams. They can offer up a great deal of information. This child shows up in my dreams often. She is usually with her mother. Not really sure who they are or exactly what they symbolize.

Heart Sultra

Morning Meds; 10 18 19

In celebration of the Heart Sultra

I choose to step beyond the beyond, Beyond the world of fear and sad songs.

Beyond the atmosphere of hurt and despair.

Beyond the physical vibrations of earthly life.

Beyond my hopes, desires and will.

Beyond the things that hold me still.

Beyond the beyond, where polarities merge.

Where love prevails and peace reigns supreme.

I choose to go with all my soul,

to the home I’m from,

to the home I know.

Let the essence of the beyond the beyond

shake me to my spiritual bones

so again I feel home.

(I often think that our downtimes are just a case of homesickness.)

Soothing Voices

Morning Meds; 10 18 18

The voice of a parent, comforted the frightened child,

“It’s all right, it’s just a dream. You are not alone.”

I hear the voice of Source uttering the same.

Makes me wonder where the round,

“Row, row, row your boat, gently down the stream. Merrily, … life is but a dream” originated?

Petting Bumblebees

They say you can pet a bumblebee.

If you are silly enough to try, indeed, you can.

I gingerly, gently stroked her velvet topside as she busied herself in a flower.

She didn’t seem to mind my curiosity.

She was to busy gathering nectar and pollen to feed the brood.

Her and her cousins the honeybees, labors of love, inadvertently feeds us and the world.

I have a thousand eyes

Morning Meds; 10 17 21

Our mental consciousness is like a head with a thousand eyes.

Which eye we choose to focus with sees a different place.

The eyes are like a thousand doors to anywhere and the door we pass through is always a personal choice.

The views we see through any eye is created by our beliefs and the doors we choose to pass through is because it leads to where we believe we need to be.

Creative choice is always ours, for our thoughts creates our worlds.

When we decide to see through a different eye or try a different door, we open up infinite possibilites and can go to wonderful places, the places of our wildest dreams.

Sit in quiet communion with your soul and from this silence a newness is formed.

We begin to see the vastness of unlimited choice and how to make it our own.

We are a formless glimmer of creative Consciousness and from this formless glimmer our experienced realities are born.

Chemical Reactions

Morning meds; 10 17 19

Emmerson said, “The ancestor of every action is a thought.”

It would follow that, the ancestor of every emotion is also thought.

Our thoughts produce chemical reactions in our neurons.

Our emotions are those chemical reactions interpreted by our neurons.

The more our thoughts are in alignment with Source, the better we feel.

Pay attention to your thoughts today and speak nicely to yourself.
