Our beliefs can be either sandbags or hot air,
are our beliefs causing us to soar or are they pulling us down?
Our life is our hot air balloon, we decide what we carry.

Surrounded by invisible gases
Scarcely noticed unless unbalanced
Providing existence with our every breath.
Existing in a bubble in space
Scarcely noticed unless unbalanced
Providing existence for our every step.
We dwell in bubbles both seen and hidden
Scarcely noticed unless unbalanced
Protected by an infinite Consciousness.
We don’t doubt the existence of air
Nor the existence of our bubble in space
Yet sometimes we falter.
We fail to see the bubble of love
Scarcely noticed unless unbalanced
Provided by the Creator of All.

Confidence is the result of repeated success.
When a toddler continually repeats the same action as dropping a shape through an appropriate opening or screwing a lid back on a container, he is cultivating confidence.
The fifteenth time a book is read is as pleasurable as the first because they know what is coming and they feel the joy of success.
I wonder how it affects them when they are told that something is a no, but at some later date it is a yes.
I am making no claims to child psychiatry skills, but I thought it was always interesting when my toddlers and grandchildren would reach out to touch some object they were not allowed to handle, and they would stop and look at me waiting for a response.
“No, you can’t touch that, it will break.” I’d say and they would smile and go about their business until it was time to practice parenting again.
I wonder if the smile was the touch of confidence they felt when they knew they knew the answer before they tested the outcome.
Cheryl and I have always put both choices on lets say the coffee table so there were touchable things, no one wants to live in a world of nothing but no.
I wonder how much disservice I/we have done to our children when our no doesn’t mean no.
Instead of confidence in their ability to assess a situation they are faced with confusion on what they thought they had learned.
Food for thought.

Faith is always doubt’s downfall.
Morning Meds 10 28 22
Showers of peace
Droplets of love
Rising waters of healing
Flowing from within.
Sparks of ignition
Flames of transition
Fires stoked
Warmth rising within.
Desires obtained
Conditions altered
Fears dissolved
Healings rising within.
Beliefs birthed
Assurity attained
Doubt dispelled
Faith rising within.
Altered conclusions
Self-evident changes
Healings felt
Divine intercessions rising from within.
…
No one knows us better than ourselves and
no one can send a more fervent request.
Nothing is between us and
our creator for we are one.

“Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things unseen.” Hebrews 11.1
Every time we see the wind move a leaf; we see “the evidence of things unseen.”
Faith is a substance not a concept.

Healing waters
Rivers rising through me
Rivers of white light
A Transformative touch beyond the line that runs between the spiritual and the profane.
Seeking physical manifestation and spiritual change
Through the vail of hidden truths
Through portals of access to the divine
Light flowing like water
When caps are removed the energies rise overflowing the small shelter housed in our heart.
Someone sent me healing today.
I know not who
I passed it on down the line to all I knew and
asked the healing to return the healer so they could feel it too.
…following a dream… .
Morning Meds;10 26 18
Just a thought.
It seems that the hardest place to send love, is across an aisle.
It’s to bad love isn’t a politically correct emotion.

Morning Meds; 10 25 21
Situations and events happen in our lives that cannot be undone and whether by choice or when those choices were made, we may not know.
That leaves us with our perspectives and our incessant need to label things.
In this picture, are you the tree or the vine?
Which is the event and which is the reaction to the event?
Both of these expressions of living energy are affected by the other and there is no way to undo what has happened.
One can choose to see oneself as the tree, which is being choked out by the vine or
one can see oneself as the vine that has used an event as an opportunity to reach greater heights.
We can label our experiences as we see fit.

Our planets orbit and spin,
as if attached to cogs on a giant clock.
The preeminence of time prevails.
Yet, one step of faith to where time is no more and
the preeminence of Source prevails.
All things become new.
Blockages unbarricaded,
conditions changed and
diseases dissolved.
It lies in the stillness of meditation in the quiet beyond your mind.
