Shadow Boxing

Morning Meds; 1 8 23

It is easy to become so engaged in fighting the shadow of our corrugated dance that we forget that we are the one who created it.

We create our realities.

We can’t win fighting our shadow.

Lingering Limps

Morning Meds 1 12 23

Emotional pains don’t heal in the same matter as physical challenges.

When a pulled hamstring has recovered the pain is gone and you no longer limp.

When we think back to the incident, we remember the pain with less intensity.

Emotional hurts differ, each time they are remembered they are reborn, and we are affected in the same way.

Our responds to our inevitable visits can become a pattern of response behaviors, sort of an emotional limp.

It is not bad, just a part of the healing process just like favoring a sore leg.

The healing of an emotional hurt requires time and self-love and acceptance of our state of healing.

We can tell when we are starting to heal when we realize that we are revisiting the hurt less often and we linger less.

The real healing is when we realize that after we leave, we no longer respond in the same pattern as we did before, and we begin to lose our emotional limp.

Balls of Possibility

Morning Meds; 12 27 22

Like a Christmas tree adorned with clear glass balls our future possibilities hang before us.

Every foreseeable and unforeseeable outcome suspended in time, waiting to form.

Each living possibility waiting to expand as it is directed.

Each event or thought birthed by us or those around us affect the contents of all the balls.

They continually adjust to the flurry of change.

Change is brought on by numerous events, but we tend to fixate on the most dramatic,

and fail to see the little changes that proceeded it.

Our future goals can seem to be unreachable.

It seems some dramatic huge event must happen to bring it to fruition.

Start making the little changes and all related possibilities in your possibility balls will change with it.

A steady process of changes in the right direction will allow the dramatic event to expand.

Thoughts are always the predecessor to change, a change in thought will affect more balls than by action alone.

Tying the Hands of The Creator of All

Morning Meds 12 7 22

I wanted to heal you, but you didn’t believe I would.

I wanted to ease your pain, but you said it was your own.

I wanted you to feel forgiveness, but you thought you deserved the guilt.

I tried to share my unconditional love, but you were taught that it was earned.

You suffer so needlessly when I am always available to help.

You are my everything, there is not a part of you that isn’t a part of me, but my hands are tied, I can only be expressed to you through the way that you believe.

The Cats Meow

Morning Meds 12 5 22

The miracle of life dances in our being, we take it for granted.

Our spiritual life is granted for we are eternal.

Our physical life is our desired gift.

“Oh, to be human,” whispered the whisperer.
“That’s the cat’s meow, not the pleasures of success, accomplishments and accumulated wealth.
It is the thrill of living.
To touch matter with your hand.
To feel the burn of cold and the swelter of heat.
To see the contrast of light and dark.
To watch matter, transform to meet your individual survival.
Birds flying, fish swimming, the interchange of oxygen and the interaction of the elements.
The assent of mountains to create valleys to hold the seas.
To watch energy, move in slow motion in a tangible way.
To watch life spark, grow and bloom.
To watch it clothe itself by transforming elements into living tissue.
To watch the precision of nature in its intelligence to propagate and thrive.
This is the thrill of incarnation.
This is what keeps you coming back.”

Two Questions

Morning Meds; 12 1 22

When life seems to stall when in pursuit of desired outcome, there are two questions one can ask.

The answers to one of the questions might get the ball rolling again faster than the other.

You can ask, “What has stopped me?”

This leads to a list of problematic circumstances and situations that are often beyond our control.

The second question you can ask is, “Why am I stopping?”

This puts the ball back in your hands because you have a say about you.

“I feel overwhelmed,” you have a say in that.

“I’m afraid it will not come to be,” you can adjust your beliefs.

We have access to abilities within ourselves that lay dormant unless they are touched by our inner knowledge that we are one with the Creator Of All.

There will always be circumstances and situations, and there will always be our inner ability to rise to the challenge.

Sometimes the answer is to ask the correct question.

Imagining Better Things

Morning Meds; 11 8 22

“Not much you can do about it.” Is a common refrain, it seems to be an echo of disappointment, physically this is often true.

But you can always imagine better things or imagine disappointments to be the start of something new.

A landslide reveals a hidden treasure site, or the loss of a job makes way for a better one.

Imagine a family members life improving,

Imagine a friend receiving a healing even if it is a gradual improvement,

Imagine a conflict with another softening or dissolving.

We create our reality and all of it begins with a thought, so do the things you can do, imagine better things and create anew.

Healers and Teachers

Morning Meds; 11 3 22

Our ability to heal ourselves is part of our incarnated package deal.

We often just need healers and teachers to point the way and remind us.

Healers and teachers often open the doors to our memories and help to remove our spiritual amnesia that we are born with.

They touch a part of us, and it is quickened.

Scarcely Noticed

Morning Meds; 10 31 22

Surrounded by invisible gases

Scarcely noticed unless unbalanced

Providing existence with our every breath.

Existing in a bubble in space

Scarcely noticed unless unbalanced

Providing existence for our every step.

We dwell in bubbles both seen and hidden

Scarcely noticed unless unbalanced

Protected by an infinite Consciousness.

We don’t doubt the existence of air

Nor the existence of our bubble in space

Yet sometimes we falter.

We fail to see the bubble of love

Scarcely noticed unless unbalanced

Provided by the Creator of All.

The Metronome of Change

Morning Meds; 10 29 22

The metronome of change echoes it’s time,

our world still two-steps while change taps a waltz.

Out of rhythm with the new song

many struggling to retain the old.

Love filters in,

light through the canopy of old growth.

The shadows, revealed by the light scurry about

disturbed by the winds of change.

Change will prevail,

relentless and as dependable as the seasons

and like a room full of clocks

time will ultimately synchronize to a single meter.
