The Bottom of Depression

Morning Meds; 10 15 22

The energy beneath a situation is where the solutions lay at least emotionally.

It we discern the energy beneath it, we can adjust how we act instead of reacting.

Most the time if it is troublesome the energy beneath it is fear, but what is the energy beneath depression if that is the situation?

Here are five of its characteristics:

It seems dark,

It impairs creative vision,

It conceals options,

It is confining in that it makes one feel trapped,

It creates a perceived inability to help yourself.

Fear produces many of these same results,

but what is the energy beneath the fear?

Something must be working right, or you wouldn’t be feeling fear, the processor is working fine it is just sending up the wrong set of feelings.

All energy is living in a sense, if you reduce it to its smallest form, atoms and molecules.

If we reduce it again, energy is an eternal dynamic formless essence that we describe as atoms.

I believe they are the expressed and unexpressed Consciousness of our creator of which we are a part.

Beneath the feeling or the energy of fear are the atoms and molecules that physically produce that those feelings in our bodies.

Atoms or energy are not depressed, they are neutral, they only form what they are directed to form.

So beneath fear and depression is the unlimited magnificence of the creator of universes.

Its not that we don’t have access to change, it is that we don’t realize how much possibility is available to us for change.

Being a depression survivor, what has worked for me is to do is the simple task of trying to send love to the depression and all its pain. I send it right down to my gut. It can be very difficult at first, but love will filter down through the pain, hopelessness, darkness, and the imagined inability. It will filter down through the fear and it will connect to our core of our soul.

The energy quickening our soul is perfectly intact and is working fine, the energy is just being filtered through fear instead of love.

Sounds corny at first, but it creates a light at the end of what can be a very dark tunnel.

I don’t make any claims of being a doctor or a therapist, although I’ve had a few, I just want to share what has helped me to manage and climb out of the pit of depression.

Note From a Survivor

Morning Meds 10 12 22

Depression seen from the inside out.

Depression is:

Living in a world where the sun never shines.

Living with an invisible bag over your head that make everything dark.

Living with perpetual flu like symptoms of weariness and fatigue with no end in sight.

A place where hope is hidden.

Not living, it is merely existing.

But most importantly,

Escapable,

Healable,

And can be recovered from.

Echoes Of Footsteps

Morning Meds; 10 11 22

Revelations of lives past echoing with our footsteps now,

forms hiding in our shadow as it floats across the earth.

Light creates shadow exposing loveless moments offering up offences to a alter of forgiveness.

Childlikeness regained; innocence returned.

Memories stirred by the present,

recreated in a moment of grief,

we punish ourselves these memories awakened.

Fight Or Flight

Morning Meds 10 10 23

Our knee-jerk reaction to fear is usually fight of flight, but fear comes in a lot of packages.

Most of our fears are not life threatening, just life disturbing.

We fear our day is not going to go as smoothly as we had hoped.

We can fight and try to avoid how it is is going or we can choose the other side of the coin, accept and embrace.

Accept and embrace quiets the energy of fear and allows us to see with a different perspective.

We can relax and hopefully see the good that always surrounds us.

Fight or flight can be blinding.

Not You, Not Me

Morning Meds; 10 8 22

As we wave our minds through the fog of solidity we begin to see that nothing is solid.

Not you, not me.

We exist as a mist surrounded by a fog in a cloud of imagined realities.

Ever changing, constantly reshaping ourselves by whims, beliefs and intentions.

Our greatest strength is our fluidity.

Our greatest solace is that we can always change.

Our greatest tool of transformation is realization.

Our greatest guiding direction is always love.

Healing Waters

Morning Meds 10 7 22

Healing waters

Rivers rising through me

Rivers of white light

A Transformative touch beyond the line that runs between the spiritual and the profane.

Seeking physical manifestation and spiritual change

Through the vail of hidden truths

Through portals of access to the divine

Light flowing like water

When caps are removed the energies rise overflowing the small shelter housed in our heart.

Someone sent me healing today.

I know not who

I passed it on down the line to all I knew and

asked the healing to return the healer so they could feel it too.

…following a dream… .

Kaleidoscope

10 6 22

We are a spectrum of light seen and unseen. We experience it plainly and as a driving force shielded away beneath our awareness.

We are a shimmering kaleidoscope of shifting Consciousness, our awareness viewed on our screen of perceptions projected through the prism of our beliefs.

Our diversity displayed by the facets cut by our experiences with and by the actions of others. These experiences color our world in our own way.

We can see ourselves as the miracle of our expressions,

we can see ourselves as the many faceted prism, the gem that we are,

or we can see ourselves as the beam of light before we project ourselves through our prism of thoughts and beliefs.

Any of these three are a miracle we seldom take time to realize,

yet here we are, a living creative spirit helping to decorate an ever expanding universe.

Behaviors Do Not Define Us

Morning Meds; 10 5 22

An action or a behavior never defines who or what we are, it only reflects what we believe about ourselves or others.

We are first and foremost divine creative spirits of light experiencing the challenges of being human.

We find ourselves as we look within.

Turtle Ferries

Morning Meds; 10 4 22

A freed soul freshly shedding it’s human shell steps from a shaft of light.

Back-lit, casting a shadow into the Beyond.

Peering into the twilight straining to see a distant movement.

The migration of sky turtles moving across the blackness of space.

Stepping stones streaching to the end of vision.

Their flippers gathering every now and pushing it into the past.

The wake of their movements trailing behind, rippleing the stillness of time.

Each a transporter of souls carrying them upon their back, ferrying them home to the Sea Of Consciousness.

A turtle rising through a shimmer at the feet of the waiting soul, turning around to offer it’s back.

Climbing upon the turles top, the turtle looking back to see and with a wink and a sigh it straighting it’s neck and pulling against the sky.

The excited memories of migration stirred in the memories of the souls.

Memories forgotten while dancing on earth except for homesicknesses lingering wieght.

The inner knowing of a life beyond earth’s menagerie of forms at a place of unhampered unity.

A place where love is all and all is love and a peaceful silence soothes.

Other turtles and other souls migrating back as they journey home.

Family reunions, enlightened realizations,

weights choosen to be borne, dropped into the Sea of Consciousness,

celebrations for another life lived, anticipation of what is next to come.
